Very clean hotel, they changed towels everyday. Location was great, closeby to grand bazaar and still quiet for night sleep. Restaurants and shops closeby. Fully equiped,including hair dryer.

Toilet seat was broken in our room. Room was small.

The hotel is very well located and easy to reach, the room' size met my expectations and the hosts were kind.

I did not like 3 situations: 1. One night there was a group who arrived drunk and were screaming for over 1 hour around 2 AM, no one from the hotel staff told them that it was late and might bother other people, it was very unpleasant! 2. I have requested toilet paper twice and did not get it, we were two people staying for 3 nights and they gave us one roll, which is obviously not enough, luckily I always carry extra toilet paper with me, but it was something that could be easily solved and was not. 3. On the last day of staying the cleaning was not done in the toilet

The street or the road to the hotel is very steep you need a taxi to drop u there if you have big baggages. But if you’re a solo traveller with a carry on it’s fine.

There are many things i like, you begin with the guys at the reception.. i forgot the name but there are 2 guys .. umud may be one of the guys name is.. they make you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel.. always there to help and genuinely care.. hotel is located near the tram station.. near to all major attractions.. I travelled solo and booked a small room which was cleaned everyday without even asking, the view from my room was amazing.. i loved my 3 nights stay there.. these 2 guys were like brothers to me.. worth every penny that you will spend here, they were not able to communicate in english but still they tried there best to make me feel comfortable and arranged stuff i required

Only minus is its downhill and everytime you will have to walk uphill so not for elderly people and kids may be

it was cozy and clean. The hotel personnel was warm and friendly. the location was near to public transportation main line and Grand Bazar.

Being a budget hotel it did give my basic needs such as lodging, clean bathroom and bedrooms exceptionally well. The guys at reception and the cleaning lady were super helpful. It's just 20 minutes walk away from Sultanahmet square and just 4 minutes walk from the tram station. There are loads of restaurants and markets nearby and grand bazaar is 5 to 7 mins walk away.

The room itself was clean and peaceful—exactly what I needed after a long day of sightseeing. Housekeeping was prompt and reliable, with daily room service that kept everything fresh and tidy. The staff were warm, helpful, and respectful of my space, which made traveling solo feel both safe and easy. great location, famous buildings and grand bazar in 5-10 minutes walk, hotel street opens from old town main street. sea is at the end of the street. central bus station and airport easily accessible, hotel arrange taxi if you need. a lots of space to put my belonginigs in the room. No noise during night. Staff is very helpful. definetely recommended.

I recently stayed at Harran Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The standout feature of this hotel is definitely the staff – they are amazing! Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, they really made my stay very comfortable. The bedding was clean, which is always a priority for me when choosing a hotel. However, the walls could use some refreshing. A little touch-up paint or maintenance could go a long way in improving the space. Despite that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back, especially for the exceptional service, thanks in large part to Ümit Bey and the rest of the wonderful staff.

The location was perfect for seeing all the sights of old Istanbul. Just a short walk to the trams but all the attractions were easily walkable, if wanted. The hotel was basic, but clean and functional, the perfect base for exploring the city. They provided bottled water every day, which was a nice touch and sorely needed as you can't risk drinking tap water.

We were there in October and a couple of nights it got cold. There was only a very thin blanket on the bed and no top sheet so we were feeling cold towards the end of the week. We did have a problem with our room but once we informed the staff it was resolved and we changed rooms.
