It’s the cleanest and most serene hotel I’ve been to in Turkey,their rooms are spacious and well fitted with air conditioning that keeps the room very conducive,I enjoyed their different delicacies from the restaurant which has breathtaking views overlooking the sea,the staff are amazing and very kind👍

The breakfast and the location were good.

Breakfast cut off time is @ 10:00 on week days and 10:30 on weekends. Would Suggest the breakfast time to be extended to a later time, like 11:00 or 11:30 Ismail, the receptionist hosted us really well.

The staff were amazing, especially Ismail the reception guy. He was always ready to help. The location was good only a small walk from all the grand bazaar and main attractions. The restaurant was pretty and the food was decent. The apartment was clean and had all the facillities we needed. I would definetely recommend staying here.

The only issue we had was finding the hotel initially. The name on the hotel says B'Guest Old City, which is slightly different to the one on booking.com. Considering the is city littered with hotels, the name should be stated as it is on booking.com to make it easier to locate for tourists. There are two doors on either side of the hotel, again it being marked as the entrance would make it easier for guests. As we were stood outside for awhile with no response (it was 5am in the morning).

Ismail great host we were given top floor but the AC wasn't working so Ismail gave us another apartment which was better

Breakfast needs more options and the stairs are tiring

the concierge Ismaeel was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was brilliant, the room had constant service and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Breakfast was good with a buffet style and a beautiful view from the restaurant. The receptionist, Ismail, was amazing and very friendly. Brilliant customer service whom were able to accommodate to our needs.
