The location was one of the best aspects of the hotel, within walking distance of many attractions, good restaurants, markets and tram/bus stations. The staff were very helpful. Muhammed on reception desk helped us with early check in as we were super early to arrive due to flight timing. The breakfast buffet was really good with variety of options and good flavour. The price is very reasonable. I wound recommend the place for stay to anyone who is checking this out 👍🏻👍🏻

Not really a big deal but the water tap/ shower hose connector is bit dodgy, both of them opens even when you press or pull for one or the other option, but doesn’t really bother the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Tower Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is truly excellent – everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The rooms were cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the city and a stunning view of the Bosphorus from the terrace – a perfect spot to relax. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. A special thank you to Muhammed at the reception, who was especially helpful, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and I will definitely come back!

Everything was fine. The personnel is helpful and they are doing their job well. Additionally the hotel is well connected with the public transport, close to the hotel you have Everything such as supermarkets, exchanges, food courts and shops. The breakfast was decent.

Unfortunately, the room was without air conditioning, and it's unpleasant when it's too hot. It could be better to implement a project where every room has an air conditioner. The breakfast was good, delicious, despite that every day there are the same things to eat, perhaps for the future it would be better to try a little bit more to diversify.

Very comfortable beds, tasty and healthy breakfast with a lot of vegetables. The location is also perfect, you have the Grand Bazaar and tram 1 (which can take you everywhere) at the end of the street. Great view from the restaurant which is at the 5th floor! The room was like in the photos, overall this stay is a great value for the money you pay!

The walls are a bit thin, we heard a few times what was happening on the hall or in the room next to us. There was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom sometimes, but for us it didn't matter that much as we didn't stay too much in the room anyway.

The location was brilliant! Very close to everything, only around 10 mins walk to the mosques, the bazar and great transport links. Also, very close to walking down to the bridges to cross to the Asian side, which is worth doing for sure! Easy to access from the airport & lots of food & drink places of varying budgets close by, one right across the road with a great lamb doner & a little snack shop directly opposite that. Breakfast at the hotel is simple but tasty & just what you need to get you through a lot of walking. Friendly staff & a gorgeous little cat who loves chin scratches too :) I cannot express how wonderful the locals have been, everyone is very friendly, which made the experienced even better. Cats everywhere, which I LOVE, they’re all so well looked after from everything I’ve seen, which I think is wonderful, so hopefully others will enjoy the animal love too :)

I really loved it here & would stay again, but I would mention it is noisy in Istanbul, so if you’re a light sleeper, be prepared. I personally didn’t have any issues with the sound ( I sleep like the dead!), but my partner sleeps a little lighter & he woke up a few times. The prayer time singing is wonderful I feel, but again be prepared with some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. There was a slight smell on occasion from the toilet or the shower drain but it came & went, nothing shutting the door didn’t solve.

very good hotel, the girl at the reception was very very friendly, the girl at the breakfast was super friendly, we really had no complaints the 6 days we stayed... we always travel to istanbul and this time we stayed at the tower hotel, very nice... Of course, for those who like to go up and down streets, this is in mind, very close to the tram and shops......

There was nothing that I liked... everything went very well during our stay... friendly reception, the girl at breakfast was friendly, the cleaning lady was the same... she actually met our expectations...

1- Staff , in my case receptionist Samira, ( Name was somewhat similar) was very cooperative and gave early check in. Changes the room on request and gave umbrella when it started raining. 2- location is awesome n safe as grand bazar n metro n famous restaurant nusrat is almost 10 min walk , historical places like blue mosque , hagia sophia are almost 10 to 15 min walk.Police station is couple of blocks away which make it easier to access anytime because of its safety 3- Room was clean . 4- Their drop off service is great. I can not thank them enough as their driver came to airport again to return my mobile that I forgot in the taxi.

Room size is a bit smaller ,toiletries doesn’t include tooth brush, comb etc there were no tissues in room, towels provided had few spots on them.

I really enjoyed my staying at The Grand Tower Hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. They had full turkish breakfast every morning. There are plenty of oprions to choose from, including vegetarian dishes and fruits. Coffee and tea are available all day for free. The rooftop had a nice terrace with a very nici view. We will definitely come back in the future, and we really recommend this hotel. The staff were very nice and the location was excellent for tourists as is close to loads of attractions and the Grand Bazar.

There is nothing that I can fault. I had a very pleasant experience.

Very good location, the traim station is very close (5-10 minutes of walk depending on how fast you climb the hill). We couldn't hear the muezzin at night so it didn't disturb us from sleeping. Clean room, free soap, every day clean and fresh towels. The room was very hot, but the air-vmconditioner cooled it down only within 5 minutes. We could see the sea from our window. The breakfast is in a magnificent view, options are great from omlett to salty and sweet breakfast, a lot of vegetables. Staff is kind.

The smell in the evening/at night in the bathroom is a tragedy, very smelly. Some items didn't work very properly in the room - cardholder was broken a little bit, the 'gold' on the walls and furnitures were a bit rusty.

Excellent location, very close to the Grand Bazaar, and close to several other spectaculars like Hagia Sofia and Sultan Ahmet Camii. The staff was very kind and the room was tidy and clean. The view from the skybar is stunning, we loved it. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Absolutely recommended for a reasonable price.

If you get a room facing the street, you don't need to ask a wake-up call in the morning :) ..there is some traffic on the street in front of the hotel during the day. But for us it wasn't a problem at all, because we went out all day in the beautiful city of Istanbul. And actually the hotel has rooms in the inner side, so you can ask that if you want quiescence.
