really great location, super nice, staff very friendly, positive vibes - very open and welcoming hotel atmosphere! Can only recommend and will go back!

It was quite a nice stay in overall. Guys in the reception were so kind to get me a pair of disposable slippers upon my request. Took them two days to do so but I finally got what I needed. :)

The bathroom fan had a packaging tape all over it. Aparently this is how they tried fixing it. :) Anyway, I don't believe it worked when we stayed over. It wasn't a problem though. Steam and condensation never stayed long after a shower. The over funny thing to mention is the  cleaner once came in for cleaning even though I put "Please don't clean my room" note on the door. Next day when meeting her in the reception I mentioned that my room didn't require cleaning. This time she understood me perfectly well. :) I would also say that it would be nice if guys in the reception speak better English but, to be fair, modern technologies like Google translate, for instance, make communication much easier anyway.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Bazaar and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The Blue Mosque is just an 18-minute walk away. The area is dotted with numerous restaurants and shops, yet the street itself remains quiet and quintessentially Turkish. The host was lovely and spoke some English, which, while not fluent, was sufficient for us to communicate effectively. The apartment matched the online description and was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was cleaned daily, though there is always room for improvement. The bed was very comfortable, and the space was ample, providing a pleasant environment throughout our stay.

Everything. The location is very close to the metro (~5 min walking) The room was very clean and big enough. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and very flexible. We were lucky to meet the owner before we leave, he's a very nice person.

Nothing to be honest. All was good, we were afraid to book in a new hotel since there's no review yet, but the risk was worth it.

Great location and the staff were super friendly. They made sure all our needs were met. The free water in the fridge was really nice gesture next to reception. Loved our stay.

Rooms slightly on the small side but having a separate living room with kitchen area with microwave made up for that as it made the family gathering really easy with sofas in the living room.

The hotel was great. The hospitality at the reception was just excellent: they always offered free coffee and tea, told us where to take excursions, did not mind late check-out, can have a nice chat with you. We got a large number with two rooms, one with a bed and a closet and the other with two sofas and a kitchenette and TV. Both rooms have air conditioning.

A small disadvantage was that the shower head was broken. The area in which the hotel is located is very specific and you should think twice whether it is worth staying here. It is not bad if you come for 2-3 days, but if longer - you should look for an area away from the center. It's too noisy and crowded, and the hotel itself is located in the middle of the market, which is the whole district.

The host (Zainul) of the hotel was really cooperative, friendly and he had a good command on the English language so it was very easy for us to communicate too. The rooms were very clean too. Most importantly, the hotel was near to the city center which is a great location for a tourists. The best part about this hotel was its very huge balcony. Mr Zainul was a very helpful host as he helped us with getting our luggage to our rooms and back to the lobby through the stairs

The main issue of this hotel was that the taxis cannot get through the alley of the location during the day. This is why I recommend tourists to take the hotel’s pick and drop service from the airport/train station/bus station and Mr Zainul can help you get this service easily. Lastly, the hotel does not have an elevator which can be a huge issue for people of determination.

If you chose the balcony ones no lifts so be prepared to walk 3-4 flights of stairs which I didn't enjoy :(

the room was ok, very spacious, very clean, the hotel staff helps you with what you need, the hotel is close to all tourist spots, the parking lot is 5-6 minutes' walk away, we paid 15€/day. the hotel is in an area with small streets, where you go up and down.

it's not about the hotel but the cruise that was recommended to me by the hotel was a disaster, I spent 95 euros for a poor menu, plus the ship didn't move because it was broken. they don't give us even 50% from money back

The hotel is clean and comfortable. And modern. ..bed and sofa are good also the pillow. The staff. ZAENAL. Very much friendly . We could earlier check in at 12 uhr without any problem and we could change our room to 1st floor as there is no lift.. He helps also carry our baggage. The hotel is not far away from Grand bazar only 400 meter and the tram is near . We could go to other place easily with tram only 15 lira.

At the beginning we must climb the street carring our baggage .. it is because we come from other place... so other part of street are really climb.. ( not the street to Grand Bazaar) So it is quiet exhausted walking with baggage . And the hotel doesnt have lift. As othets hotels too .
