Breakfast can hardly be called luxurious, but it is quite up to standard. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Not a very specific address, even taxi drivers don’t know - it was very difficult to get there.

The place is clean and appears to be newly refurbished. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the main attractions, metro, and bus stations, as well as food streets and the Grand Bazaar. The customer service is excellent, especially from Yakub and Idris, who made our trip memorable. They were both very helpful in booking a few trips for us at prices much better than the market rates.

Noting specifically, we weren’t lucky; a school trip was booked on a few floors, and kids were playing football in the middle of the night. This issue was addressed several times by management, especially Yakub.

Location was great, 10 minutes away was the Grand bazar (slight uphill climb), in the other direction there were loads of restaurants close by (just 2 minutes away) Staff (Tolgonai and Yakup) were friendly, polite, hospitable and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was limited but up to standard, there is a coffee machine near the reception and tea was available at all times.

The room and bathroom was small.

The location is good, the hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating we couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel offers the basic comfort. The room was clean the bathroom didn’t have any shelves to but the toiletries, the one above the sink was missing. The shower was great, nice pressure and always hot water.

It’s in a very busy area. Nothing for the noise sensitive

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was also delicious, with a nice variety of options to start the day. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel just steps away from the Grand Bazaar. The location is perfect for exploring the city’s rich history, with many iconic sights within walking distance. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, offering a peaceful retreat after a day full of adventures. Breakfast on the terrace with views of the city was a daily highlight! We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic Istanbul experience!

The staff was extremely friendly, kind, helpful and sincere, especially the lovely lady working at the reception. Our shower head broke without any reason and they changed it immediately without any questioning. The hotel is well equipped, everything is very clean and well maintained. The location is amazing since it is near the bus and tram station, multiple stores with clothes and also groceries, pharmacies etc. The breakfast was decent with multiple choices. There is also room service available. The transport from the airport is cheap, well organised and convenient.

Like most of Turkish hotels, this one also looks nothing like the pictures. Everything is quite small - the rooms, the shower, the elevator, the bed. There are not a lot of electrical plugs. The bed and the pillow is extremely uncomfortable. The walls are thin and you can hear everything from the street and inside the hotel.

The hotel was great. New and the staff was very friendly. We Highly recommand it !

Very nice location. Clean room and nice service. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast is decent. Not big variety, but you can have a proper meal. There was a cat which is very lovely😊

We had few broken things in the room, however didn’t affect the stay.

The location was great, quite close to lots of tourist attractions. The room was well-equipped, especially the AC was useful during the hot days. Also I'd like to notice that the staff were hospitable and helpful

The cleaning was quite mediocre: e.g., near my bed I found some chips from previous guests. There was also a problem with the fire escape - the door didn't close completely, so I had to prop it up.
