We are staying in near building, but it would be more convenient for us, because house has only stairs, and we were located on lower floor. The room is big and equipped with small kitchenette with fridge, stove and microwave oven. You need to take with you a shampoo and shower gel, because in bathroom you will find a liquid soap. Room is also equipped with air conditioner. Breakfast is simple but good. From roof terrace you could enjoy views to Bosporus and Blue Mosque. Recep (host) is very hospitable, and solved any questions which I had. Also he recommend restaurant right the corner, where was very good fish and meat.

I don't see any serious problem, but could mention two things, that you could take into account. The hotel is rounded by lots of restaurants, and from one side you will find a lots of places to eat. From other side, till midnight you will hear music, until you close window. As for me, Emergency Exit plate in room is to bright at night, but I cover it with towel.

It was a nice and a cosy place to stay for the 3 days that we were there. Various historic places can be visited from the accommodation within 15 to 20mins of walking distances. The host was very friendly and ready to help when possible.

The breakfast was the same over the 3 days that were there , some sort of a variety would have been great. The platter included tomato and cucumber slices , 1 piece of salami cut into 2 pieces , and an assortment of cheese slices with bread and butter. The Sea view room we stayed in was at the very top with the last flight of stairs made of iron and slightly narrower then the rest of the stairs. These last set of iron stairs were quite steep to climb , not recommended for elderly who could possibly struggle to climb them.

Breakfast was tradition Turkish breakfast and very nice. It was brought up to the apartment everyday at the time we asked for. The location was actually perfect we walked everywhere! 15 -20 minutes to the mosques, and Topkapi palace. Gift shops closer to the apartments were cheaper than the ones in town as were the Turkish delights and baklava. Recep was very helpful, always said hello and offered to help, our son was very endeared with everyone including his cousin and the lady who cleaned as he saw them a lot. You can ask for help or advice whenever you need to but also have a lot of privacy too. We had a connecting suites and our son is used to his own room so we put him in the cot into the other room and took the single beds, it worked perfectly for us! We also found a mall, Historia mall around 25-30 minutes walk away from the apartments for shopping and they have a food court on the top floor, there is a street that runs parallel to the route up to the mall with loads of decently priced restaurants and Syrian food aswell as our favourite Turkish delight shop ‘Tuqba’. Also to add for anyone who stays there’s a pizza place about a 2 minutes walk away called Heroes Pizza if you’re craving a late night pizza and it’s reallly nice! Stone baked pizzas. Location was perfect! Public transport is accessible too with a metro, tram and bus line all within 10 minutes walk. There is also a Migros Jet (mini supermarket) round the corner with lovely staff and decent prices.

There is a bit of noise from the restaurants downstairs but this didn’t affect us. The staff at the restaurant were always lovely and respectful to us and our son when we walked past too.

The host was really nice and helpful. The location in the old town is great. They even drove out car to get us out of the small streets.

No information you can pay Only Cash at check in and on the pics looked like every apartment had terrace..it was one common on the roof

Recep was an amazing host, very accommodating and helpful, he was constantly asking about our experience and provided us with very useful information about the various tourist attractions. Property location is great with 10 - 15 mins walk to all attractions and plenty of shops / restaurants within 2 - 5 mins walk. There is a train station and tram station also within 10 mins walk to get to various places within Istanbul.

Taxi access is limited as the property is located on a restricted entry street but that isn't a major issue as you can walk to the main street in 2 mins and hire a taxi from there if needed. There is no lift at the property but there are only 4 floors so again not a major issue.

The location is great. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. The staff is very good and friendly. However, since it is a busy area, taxis have difficulty reaching the exact location. The staff assisted us with finding a taxi and handling our luggage. The manager frequently asked if everything was well.

The room size is a bit small. There were four of us, and we mostly spent time outside, so it wasn't a big deal. However, if you are with family and want to spend more time in the hotel, it's better to choose a larger apartment. Although my room booking said 'terrace, ' I could not find one.

The area was nice. A lot going on outside but rooms were well soundproofed. The staff were lovely and always around to help. Food places quite close by. Walk up a hill to the trams was brilliant. Might not be for some! We enjoyed it as we enjoy walking.

We got there and stayed in one room one night then were moved to another due to availability or room not ready. This meant we couldn't really unpack much as we had to move again the next day. Also, no water was provided in the room. So for people who are checking in late and are too tired to go out to buy stuff, best make sure you already picked some drinks up on the way to the hotel. This is not a complaint, just something to improve on 😊

All the people were very friendly. The owner provided really good advice on places we could visit and efficient routes to get there. The room was exceptionally good value for money. It was very clean and well maintained. The lady that served the breakfast was really friendly and attentive to all our needs. It was a very good location and we were able to visit all the places with ease. There is the coast 5 mins walk away. There are places to eat just in the doorstep. The terrace was a really nice place to have breakfast and to chill out later on in the day. The owner was very kind enough to organise a trustworthy taxi. When I visit again, I will definitely book this place again and recommend It to my friends and family. It made my holiday ideal. Thank you.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel was really nice, traditional and clean. We had a lovely room on the last floor (there was no elevator but we are young and we didn't mind) The owner was excellent he was super chill and friendly he gave us good advice also.

On the room we had on the last floor although it was beautiful. There were seagulls on the roof(sometimes) that were really annoying, you could hear them banging and it was like they lived with us. But we found an easy solution (we banged a towel on the roof and they didn't bother to come again and if they did few more bangs and it was fine.) overall it was great only that was kind of annoying.
