Great location very close to the center with life going on on the street till late evening, with life music in the restaurants. Great atmosphere, open, friendly and helpful staff, speaking English. I came by private car, the staff quickly found a secured private parking within 300meters for 10Euro/day. Hotel restaurant very good with prices little higher than average but the food is delicious. Besides as a hotel guest I had a big and good breakfast included and 10% discount for other meals.

The apartment is a little old and needs some small retrofits. However I liked the old style and it would be good to keep it like that. If someone wants a real quiet place and doesn't like the life music and parties till around midnight should consider something different. For me actually it was a great plus ;-).

Nice breakfast, but can add juice or water. Everything was really nice; the staff was very cooperative and helpful. Good location 5 to 7 mins uphill walk from the Tram and Metro station. Highly recommended for families.

Maybe the toilitries like soap or handwash and dish washing liquid should have been there but it's just a suggestion not that we didn't like it :-)

Hospitality by the hotel staff. Hotel management guides very well about the different tourist points nearby and different part of the city. Also helps as and when required any transport.

We suggest following improvements to facilitates more to their guests. As people from different countries and culture visit Istanbul and stay in these hotels therefore it will be good if hotel will install a Muslim Shower near to commode seat to facilities the people who use to it for ablution. There should be a prayer mat in the room. One Dressing Mirror should in the room. As there is only option of Turkish Breakfast therefore suggest having more options so that for the people who stay long.

The staff was helpful and friendly. We wre quickly relocated once we saw that our reserved apartment had leakage. Location is great - historic places, tram station, seafood market are nearby. A great view on the Marmara sea from the top terrace. Kitchen facilities were good to prepared a dinner. Beware that breakfasts would start earliest at 9 30

A touch noisy at night due to street music and restaurant entertainment but I survived. In fairness, it was noted in other reviews.

The staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. The location is ideal, 20 min walk from most places. Great food options nearby. The hotel is in a pedestrianised area so the taxi drops you at the top of the road but if you let the staff know you're there they will come and help you with your bags which is lovely. There's no lift to the apartments so expect a max of 4 flights of winding stairs depending on which room you book. The room is okay it has everything you need. If you need anything the staff are happy to help. We asked for an iron as there wasn't one in the room. There's a restaurant on the ground floor which is convenient too.

Big room. Enough space. Close to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. As advertised

Though it’s close to the Blue Mosque area, it’s quite a walk. The surroundings are very noisy, especially during the night with loud music and singing in the area. You could enjoy it, but not so much if you want to go to sleep!

Excellent Location and staff were very helpful. Highly recommend. They even helped with carrying the luggage to the 3rd floor and very kind to children. The people and staff are very nice and very helpful. Karina and the boys do a very good job.

They Don't answer the phone so easily. Maybe they are too busy. Bathrooms of the apartment have poor lighting. Require bathroom renovations and in need of some repairs.

Our apartment was really nice and very comfortable. Rooms were very clean and beds great we had a great nights sleep. All the major sights were at walking distance. Staff here are wonderful and helpful. Special thanks to Karina.

Breakfast needs definitely improving with a few more items added on to it and having a variety each day. Juice and water was missing.

The location of the property is in a touristy area. The manager is welcoming.

The housekeeping staff didn't show up every everyday. It is hard to climb stairs with the luggage.
