Everything. The location is great - you are on a 10min walking distance from the Great bazar, 20min from the Galata bridge, 2 stops from st.Sofia, Topkapi. At the same time it is quiet and you can rest properly. There are a lot of restaurants in the area also. The place is nice and clean. They arranged parking for our car so we did not have to worry about it. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Very good location, 50 meters way from T 6 that passes in front of Aiga Sofia and Topkapi palace, this tram drives all the way to Eminou. Connected with T1 and arrives to ferry stations also to Galata bridge. On the other direction you reach Genikapi and if you transfer ones you will reach the next station Aksaray where Hava ist bus drives from and to airport. Hotel 12 minutes way from Gran Bazar, Room was clean , beds comfortable, shower room very good. There is a small fridge in room. Staff very friendly and willing to help

You have to wake up early to have breakfast other wise the options will be limited. Internet was fine but sometimes conection was lost therefore you have to be pacient.

I want to say a big thank you to Murad. I had a great stay! A big thanks to Murad for his exceptional hospitality. Even though he's new at the job, he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed—definitely stood out more than others. The breakfast was decent, with scrambled eggs, fresh juices, and some nice bread. The location is good but a bit far from the main sites—around a 20-minute walk to the Blue Mosque. There are some restaurants nearby, but they’re on the pricier side. If you're willing to walk a bit further, you can find cheaper options. Overall, a pleasant experience.

One downside was the air conditioning. I've never stayed at a hotel where you can't set it to a cold temperature. They explained that during the winter season, the AC is set for all rooms and can only be either hot or cold. When I asked about it, I was told to open the window if I was too hot. Eventually, a staff member offered to adjust the temperature, but it wasn't an ideal solution. I couldn't change the temp myself, as staff would have to do it. Hence I decided to open the window...

Nice cute Boutique hotel, plus being a relatively new property was very clean and very well maintained. Daily Housekeeping staff was also very good. Also a lot of good lively restaurants (specifically seafood ones) from Kumkapi area are right around the corner within 100 meters from Hotel.

Breakfast spread was basic, could have added bit more variety & local dishes. Nothing against hotel, but location is a bit far from Sulthanmet area and main attractions, considering that it is a uphill walk towards Grand bazar and Sulthanmet main attractions.

The hotel is 50 meters away from T6 Kumkapi. This is one station away from Aiga Sofia and Topkapi palace ( Cankurtaran station). This line drives all the way to Eminonu where the ferrys are and conect to the tram1 and Galata Bridge. There you can walk to T5 that gets to Balat and pierre lotti. Also one station away to Yenikapi and with another transfer to Aksaray where Hava ist bus arrives/ leaves to airport. 12 minute walk to Gran Bazar. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. If you arrive late there is food deliver services . Around hotel there are plenty of restaurants. Reception is open 24 hours. Staff is very friendly and willing to help.

You need to weak up early to have breakfast , otherwise the options will be very limited and you will not find that much. As around the hotel there are restaurants, you have to be aware of the noice. this on the lower hotel levels.

The room was sparkling clean including bathrooms. All basic facilities were provided and no problems were encountered. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok and manageable. The location is decent and has multiple options for food, also the shopping street is nearby.

We had booked a room with a partial sea view, but the rooms on the 2nd floor will not serve this description. That was the only disappointing factor. The views might be best only if they are on the 4th floor.

Stayed in a 3 bed room (3 ladies) perfect for us. Great location. Right next to Kumkapi train station and lots of restaurants with live music. Great location for visiting Istanbul, walking distance from Grand Bazaar and Mosque. Very clean small hotel, friendly helpful staff and the breakfast is amazing! Good coffee too. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Showers need updating but fine. No complaints really.

Good breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff, walking distance from major attractions, nice restaurants close by, close to the shore. The breakfast room is on the 4th floor and has a sea view. Ladies who are in charge of breakfast did exceptional job keeping everything warm, replenishing supplies, taking away dirty dishes

Our room was a little dark even with all the lights on.
