I really liked the size , the location. Especially in budget . Very close to the cheaper part of town and for that budget it is very good. Very clean . Only 20 minutes to the blue mosque. Which is very good. . 1 food place on the main road was cheaper than the rest. A grocery shop was open 24 hours. The people owning the place were very kind and courteous. The heating was very good.. because at night it would get quite chilly . There was a sub continent Asian food place round the corner.We had paraths and omlet for breakfast

It is not for people who are looking for high standards. The walk to the blue mosque has a climb in the middle area.

Provided excellent pick and drop facility from the Airport with late night hour for check in. Excellent customer service by YILMAZ, he was very helpful and flexible to meet our requirments through out from the start to end of our staying period. The flat was clean at acceptable level but a little further attention on cleaning could improve the overall staying experience.

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect location — close to everything I needed yet quiet and peaceful at night. The host was incredibly kind, generous, and helpful throughout my stay, always available if I had questions or needed anything. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

Location was good. Though it is about 1.5km from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia but a part of the walk is on steep hill. The staff is friendly and the guy at reception (probably the owner himself) is highly supportive.

Our room was on 3rd floor and there was no lift. Although the host helped us moving the luggage but a lift could have make his and the guest's life much easier.

Area around is so nice everything thing is near by specially grand Bazar, no issue for food any type of food available at door step

We were accommodated 4 persons in two rooms in one apartment - it was very convenient for us. The view from the windows was onto one street and onto another street. Beyond this block is a lively part of the area with many restaurants.

The furniture was not in the best condition but that didn't bother us.

Very friendly and welcoming staff who are always ready to help. Many thanks for the very early check-in.

I think it's time to restore the apartments. But at the same time I saw that some appliances are being replaced, so the owner is doing it gradually.

We stayed here for about 1 week. The location is quite nice, near to the convenient stores. The Blue mosque, Topkapi mueseum, Hagia Sophia are within walking distances of around 10 to 15 mins. Moreover, the staff are very friendly and committed especially Mr. Dindar. He allowed us early check-in and late check-out. Had a nice stay. Thumbs up 👍.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. Clean rooms and acceptable facilities available. In the middle of the Bazaar, and easy access to different places even when you don't have a car.

The location is excelent for the money, the owner is very kind. The property is located in the oldest part of Istanbul and all the atractions can be visit by walk.

Just advice: the Istanbul traffic is only "for the best drivers in the world", so plan your trip carefully
