We had a peaceful and comfortable stay. The host is very nice and helpful. He took personal interest in getting us comfortable and providing everything that was required. The location is great - it is just next to the popular and lively Fish Square dining area. But just far away so that there is no disturbance or noise. The train station at Kumkapi and the tram station at Istanbul University are within easy walking distance. It is also possible to walk to the Sultanahmet mosque area (20 to 30 minutes walk).

Everything we required was provided for. So, there was no problem with anything. Providing converters for the three-pin to two-pin plugs in the room would be helpful for people like me who have appliances with three-pin plugs.

I really liked the size , the location. Especially in budget . Very close to the cheaper part of town and for that budget it is very good. Very clean . Only 20 minutes to the blue mosque. Which is very good. . 1 food place on the main road was cheaper than the rest. A grocery shop was open 24 hours. The people owning the place were very kind and courteous. The heating was very good.. because at night it would get quite chilly . There was a sub continent Asian food place round the corner.We had paraths and omlet for breakfast

It is not for people who are looking for high standards. The walk to the blue mosque has a climb in the middle area.

At night, the place was unbelievably quiet and we slept so well. Also, the price was very reasonable for the quality offered. It’s honestly the ideal spot if you’re looking for peace, comfort, and great value. Highly recommended, and we’d be more than happy to come back again!

Our stay at this house was absolutely wonderful. The place is very clean, fully equipped, and has everything you need. The host is extremely welcoming, helpful, and understanding, which made us feel at home from the very beginning. Provided excellent pick and drop facility from the Airport with late night hour for check in. Excellent customer service by YILMAZ, he was very helpful and flexible to meet our requirments through out from the start to end of our staying period. The flat was clean at acceptable level but a little further attention on cleaning could improve the overall staying experience.

Location was good. Though it is about 1.5km from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia but a part of the walk is on steep hill. The staff is friendly and the guy at reception (probably the owner himself) is highly supportive.

Our room was on 3rd floor and there was no lift. Although the host helped us moving the luggage but a lift could have make his and the guest's life much easier.

Area around is so nice everything thing is near by specially grand Bazar, no issue for food any type of food available at door step

The room was not clean as i wished.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is close to most attractions. The host was amazing and very kind. There is also a reserved parking space nearby, which was very convenient. There is also shared big balcony for tea or coffee. I recommend.
