A lovely guesthouse right next to a metro station and within walking distance of many major attractions and places like the Grand Bazaar. The surrounding area is beautiful, with cobblestone streets and plenty of tourist restaurants, as well as a supermarket and a pharmacy. We really appreciated having hot water available at all times and strong water pressure in the shower, just like at home. Another plus was that they lent us umbrellas during our stay, which was very helpful on rainy days. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. Thank you very much!

Lovely, clean and cozy place to stay. A good, peaceful location, about 20-30 minutes' walk from the main attractions. There are also opportunities for public transport right next to the hotel. The neighborhood is safe, many places to eat and small shops. The staff is very caring, friendly and helpful. I got help quickly when I had concerns or questions. I felt completely taken care of. It was a pity to leave, the week spent there and the friendly staff made me feel at home. Next time I would choose it again as my place to stay.

There could be a plate, fork, knife, spoon, kitchen towel and trash can in the kitchen corner 🙂

I couldn’t have picked a better hotel! It’s a cute room with a very comfortable bed, a small minibar, a kitchenette, and a balcony with a sea-view room. The bathroom is amazing and most importantly, everything was VERY clean. Located in the old city and surrounded by local restaurants, cafés, mosques, souvenir shops, and grocery stores. There is a train station a few minute walk away that will take you to all the touristic places. No taxis are necessary when you’ve picked this place as a location. The staff went above and beyond in helping us with everything. They are so attentive and extremely friendly. At any time of the day, you will be able to rely on them for help. They’re always finding a way to make sure you’re comfortable in their country.

We stayed 3 nights and everything was amazing. The people from the reception were very nice and they prepared a surprise for my sister's birthday, with music, cake, costume and we sang happy birthday together. They made sure we didn't miss anything. Very clean rooms and complete silence. The hotel is right next to the sea and very close to the Grand Bazaar and the Mosque (15 min). We also had an amazing Bosphorus Cruise and they also provided us the transfer from the airport to the accommodation. They are very nice people, Berkhan helped me a lot on whatsapp with airport transfer and booking for Bosphor Cruise. I recommend with all my heart, and in the future, if I arrive in Istanbul, I will also stay here. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you for the great experience!😊

We put a 10* review, because it’s a value-for-money new simple hotel with excellent soundproof windows and silent individual AC, super comfy mattress (also on a small bed in our Triple Room). We recommend to stay in yard-facing rooms (zero external sounds). Out son was in a room on a first floor, facing a narrow street with a tiny mosque (4am mullah & motorcycles could bother a light sleeper - our son got used to on a second night though). A beautiful lively “Kumkapi” restaurant area is in 80 meters.

Rooms are very small (that’s ok for Sultanahmet neighborhood). Doors soundproof is to be desired, but with only about 8-10 rooms on 4 floors it shouldn’t be a big problem. Cleaning was just ok. Don’t expect anything “boutique”, except for a name))

The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a good location, close to restaurants and walking distance from the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Amazing cute hotel in very close walking distance to the Blue mosque and many more places. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well as ATM’s which makes your stay even better. The rooms are nice and cozy. Clean and very well designed. The smart TV and the air conditioner are such a bonus. The prices are affordable. The hotel has such a friendly and helpful staff. They’ve been there always for me when I needed them. Just amazing. There is a car parking nearby as well .. the host could assist you with that matter as well. I am truly impressed and happy from my stay. I can highly recommend the hotel with two hands. Definitely will book my next stay with them again. Thank you 🙏🏻 ❤️

There isn’t something which I didn’t like in general. Everything was great and completely meet my criteria's.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ninova. From the time we booked we receive clear and helpful communication, and when we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfy. Time had been taken to arrange the towels so that we had a really nice impression when we first entered the room. Our room had a nice balcony with space to sit out and look out to sea. We found the wifi fast and suitable for our needs. If we needed anything during our stay we could message through booking or contact reception and always received a quick and helpful response. There were plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, and we enjoyed grabbing an orange or pomegranate from the little place around the corner each morning. My wife left her sunglasses behind when we checked out and the staff have be really helpful in returning them to us. We would definitely consider staying at the Ninova the next time we are in Sultanahmet.
