The hotel is small, recently renovated. They provided me with a parking space in front of the hotel and during my stay - I did not move it. It is located in a quiet street. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Many of the sights can be reached on foot in about 20-30 minutes. We used the hotel to rest after a long day of sightseeing. One of the days they organized for us a tour to distant sights with a comfortable car and a local driver. He leaves us at the entrance, looks for a parking space and waits. You call him and he comes to pick you up. It is very suitable in bad weather.

If you are in Istanbul for the first time - the traffic is quite busy. In the neighborhood, many of the streets are pedestrianized, but cars and motorbikes do move. As you will notice - this is normal. The city is big and never sleeps. There is always something to hear. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but this is not a problem. You can eat anywhere. There is no public transport nearby - 10-15 minutes along the small streets. It wasn't a problem for us. Walking - a cafe, walking - a shop, walking - here's public transport.

The hotel is well located on the fringe of the main Istanbul sights. I spoke with Yilmaz (I probably misspelled his name), who was friendly and professional. The hotel was small, as were many other hotels in the area. He said that it was relatively new, and it seemed that way. The furnishings in the room (AC, TV, etc.) all seemed new and modern. It was no frills, basic accommodation. Just what I wanted. I had a request about payment, and Yilmaz's friend from the hotel across the street came over to help out with his better English. The room was clean, everything worked. I'd stay there again for simple, basic, and economical lodging.

The room was small, but that was expectable for a small city hotel in Istanbul. The neighborhood was very urban and dense and active. That was fine for me, but some guests might want something less intense and hectic.

Room was very clean and cozy. owner was very helpful and friendly we came with our car and helped us for parking place. This place was center of the old city. All touristic place was near and walking distance. From Hotel to grand bazaar just 6 minutes walking distance and from hotel to Hagia Sophia just 14 minutes walking distance.Also near the hotel there is almost 60-70 Restaurants. we just felt so happy. I just want to tell you everyone come this hotel ❤️ thank you Yılmaz for everything. we definitely will come back this lovely place

Laos hotel was nicer than I expected, the staff and the owner of the hotel were very helpful and friendly, the beds were comfortable, the beds were comfortable. Close to all historical places, close to the train station, close to all transportation units, I will choose this place in my next trips.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, they offered us an excellent fruit plate before going to sleep. I didn't have the opportunity to visit it because I was traveling for business, but it is located in all historical centers. I wish you continued success. The only thing missing in the hotel is an elevator. But since the staff is helpful, there is no need for an elevator.

Clean big room, confortable bed nice balcony with city and some sea views. The area was full of restaurants and shops and it was walking distance to some of the mayor sights.

It was a real hike up to the top floor without a lift. The plumbing in the bathroom smelled quite bad.

Title: Excellent Value with Welcoming Staff I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always available. The location is convenient and peaceful. The rooms were a bit small, but the value for the price was excellent. No surprises; a solid choice.

We were really pleased even if it was a one-night stay. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Yılmaz, and his staff are very friendly people. I would like to thank them very much for the Turkish coffee and various fruit plates they offered us.
