`Location was superb! Hotel owners/employee very very humble, thoughtful and understanding.

Some things were unfinished in the hotelroom.

Me and my friends spent 4 nights in Sun Comfort hotel. The rooms were really clean . The bathroom was old but clean. Water was hot. Central heating also worked well. The staff and the manager were nice people, always ready to help you!The location is also very good,20 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia .

I recommend to stay in this hotel. The good location. He staff is so kind and helpful especially Mr. Sait🙏

A little hotel tucked away in the back streets, but staff were helpful and friendly, bed was very comfortable and shower was lovely! Aircon unit in the room was much appreciated!! And a nice breakfast spread in the morning.

My room had a "Turkish" toilet, but I avoided using it!!!

The worker in the morning shift ...old guy he dont smile and he is always made

Changed my room twice for a one week stay No change of the towels and sheets during all my stay No room cleaning either Very poor breakfast The staff was not very friendly except one employee, the one at the breakfast service doesn't greet customers, not even a single smile The hotel was insisting in a very unpleasant way that I need to pay before the checking oit

We never had our room and toilet cleaned, towels where always missing, we asked for a room with balcony and they didn’t give it to us. The first day that we came we found that they give us a room balcony and the balcony was an exit emergency we fund also that the third bed was not made! In the saloon breakfast we had insects in our table. That’s disgusting. Hopefully we changed our hotel for our 2 week in Istanbul. I don’t recommend it.
