The staff here are truly outstanding, and the location is excellent. Please note that this is the Old City—most hotels in the area are located in historic buildings, so while they offer decent space, they are not part of large international chains, which typically don’t have a presence here. That said, you’re in the heart of history—just a short walk to Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, and other major landmarks.

Break fast and AC are good but there is a room for improvement

The staff is highly professional and supportive, extending a warm welcome and offering valuable help and useful insights to enhance the visit. The breakfast is invigorating and features a selection of nutritious food and beverages. I am grateful for their exceptional hospitality and warm reception. And also don’t trust the restaurant nearby they over charge and also they charge more fee …!!!

The bed linen was not good quality, and the bathroom's small size and proximity to the laundry area were notable drawbacks. Cleanliness of the room was just average.

Thanks to all the staff Marwan Narjes Seraj mosaab and Yacer they were all fantastic they made our family trip so confortable we came with kids they really looked after us . Breakfast is really good with large choice cheese eggs sausages cakes and more . Bedrooms are clean and confortable. The 5th floor was really good to meet with a nice view you can ask for a Turkish tea or coffee and spend some quality time we felt like home. Couldn't ask for more really! and again Thank you all for your time and the perfect service you provided with high standard . I want to thank the owner of the hotel i don't know his name but you really have a great team they worked really hard 🙂

Nothing everything was perfect

The location of this hotel was very convenient, as it was close to both the sea and the historical sites of Istanbul. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, which may cause some music and noise in the evenings, but it is not extremely disturbing. The view from the terrace and the restaurant was magnificent. In the mornings, during breakfast, there are many birds around, which adds a pleasant atmosphere as guests even have the chance to feed the gulls. Moreover, guests are allowed to use the restaurant area during lunch and dinner by bringing their own food while enjoying tea from the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was also good, offering several options that appeal to both children and adults. The best thing about this hotel, however, is its staff. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. The reception kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the usual time, which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families.

I loved everything about it. The cleanliness of the place was irreproachable, the location of the hotel was great, you can do lots of activities without transport, the breakfast was simple and good with everything you need. But above all what I appreciated most of all was the welcome and the services offered by the hotel. The staff are all, without exception, super nice, smiling! Super adorable and very helpful. If I ever come back to Istanbul, it will probably be to this hotel! Thank you again for all 🙂

A very personalized stay supported by a great team. If you have any questions or encounter any problems, you can contact a staff member, and they will do their best to support your inquiry. I managed to work in the hotel room for a few days, with many glasses of Turkish tea being offered to me each day. The hotel is also conveniently located near the sea, numerous restaurants, and various attractions (e.g. the Blue Mosque) within walking distance.

900 lira (20 EUR) for laundry (~15 pieces of clothing) is quite expensive (if I compare it to the price in my country), but I have taken some tours at a reasonable price.

I can definitely say that you get adequate quality for your money. The breakfast was very good, the menu was ample including vegetables and a variety of cheeses and hams. The breakfast selection doesn't change during the days, on the other hand if you stay for a few days you won't mind that. People at the reception were very kind and helpful and the entire atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. And location was convenient as you have most of the sights in 10 minutes walking distance.

The furniture in the room was older and it was noticeable that it was sometimes falling apart, however, nothing that would significantly impair the comfort. Another minor drawback was the rather late breakfast, which doesn't start until 8:30, which can be a bit late if you're in a hurry to sightsee.

I have to say that the staff at this hotel were so helpful. They really helped us out with the airport transfer and in general were very nice. Breakfast was great, rooms were pretty comfortable. Overall the hotel had everything we needed for a short stay and it's located close enough to the main attractions that my 3 year old could walk there without a stroller.

It's a bit old and could be upgraded. Wouldn't eat at the restaurants right outside the hotel as they're overpriced. Luckily it's located close to the food street so that's a better option.

Friendly, professional, polite and helpfull staff, amazing location , walking distance from the Grand Bazar and more. Excelent breakfast, very clean room and comfortable beds. Roof terrace is open all night nice view of Bospor or historic Istanbul. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The breakfast was tasty, with some small observation: The eggs or omelete were finished (almost in all mornings) right after starting the breakfast hour, and then additional were/was bronged just after aprox 1h. So not enough for everyone who loves eggs for breakfast, but you have other options, like vegetables and good cheese. The rooms were cleaned everyday, we received superior room then the booked one, as it was possible, so the stuff was very kind. The location is very good, near to Grand Bazar and also with Sea View, The hotel is situated in a zone with many restaurants

The pillows were not so confortable, for my taste. Maybe someone else will or have enjoyed sleeping on them, me, personally, not. The toillete was very high, even for a taller person. Coffee not good, it can be definitely improved.
