I enjoyed the managers hospitality and him being very helpful with directions, proposals and being very friendly. The hotel is at avery good location fir people on a business trip but i would visit again also on vacation. Clean, modern and business friendly. Thank you very much until next time.

Our vacations were with families, we are and our parents. At first we had a small troubles with rooms as we got an interconnected room, but after telling it the main receptionist changed the room for us and we got a rooms on a 5th floor with a sea view. The same happened with our parents and thanx to the main receptionist that the issue was resolved immediately. It good one for short staying and location is really good as it located in the heart of the center of an old town city (European Side). One of the perfect things is that the main receptions offered us a Bosfor Tour far all family which we liked!

I wish to make a room cleaning more often so it would be better.

It’s location was good for holiday makers. Tram and Metro was a short distance walk. Plenty of food options in the area. currency exchanger was next door. Rooms were reasonable size. Beds were comfortable. No issues with air conditioning etc. Toiletries, tea coffee was provided and there was small fridge and tv in each room. Breakfast was excellent. Lifts were operating properly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Getting taxi at hotel was a challenge especially during peak times. But if you can walk then best option is using Tram or Metro. A new tram station is going to open soon, very close to hotel.

it’s clean and comparatively close to the city center. we liked the terrace.

it was wrongly tagged in the booking map: it’s 500 meters away from the point. I would also recommend some furniture and bathroom renovation.

Good location not far from historical Sultanahmet, market and restaurants/shops nearby, easy to reach in less than 10mins from University tramway and 20mins away from Marmoray metro station. Reasonably clean. Basic breakfast on a nice top-floor terrace (no warm food though). Very very kind and helpful manager, who also speaks good English. Overall a good value for money.

Bathroom a little ill-maintained but did not pose a problem. Some minor noise from the street, but not enough to cause a real disturbance.

Everything was great. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help, especially the guy Serkan. The hotel is neat and clean and in a great location. Breakfast is varied and abundant. All recommendations for this hotel. ❤️

if you want simple and good location this the Hotel! The workers are so nice and helpful! They clean your room everyday! The employees are really nice people they help you with everything! Good Breakfast there was eggs, cheese, vegetables,fruit, and many other things The location is best just 10 minutes far from Grand Bazar! Definitely recommended! 10/10 👍👍👍👍👍

- the location is great, it is near the main tourist attractions - the breakfast was very delicious and various at modern and pleasant restaurant in the hotel, the team in the restaurant was amazing, polite and nice, - the room is modern, clean and beds are comfortable, the hotel is quiet place - all the team at reception was very helpful and great, willing to answer any our questions and accommodate our requirements of cleaning our room, additional pillows, airport transfer ... - the communication with the staff at reception was easy, fast and clear also during the planning of our trip to Istanbul, we got immediatly the answers for all our questions and clear instructions - accommodation matched the description and photos - near the hotel you can find nice parks, many shops, markets, bakery, souvenir shops that are cheaper than the shops in the centre or next to the main tourist attractions, one street opposite the hotel you can find beautiful sqare with nice atmosphere, the port ... - we enjoyed our stay here :) - I would be happy to come back to Grand İnova Hotel if we travel to Istanbul again

It is a pity, that the terrace where normally breakfast are served, was out of order right during our stay because of its reconstruction but never mind because the restaurant was quiet and pleasant for breakfast, so no problem :)

We were totally satisfied with the experience. Good location. You can easily reach the bus stop without going up the hill. Prices of goods on this street are much better than anywhere around and for local sweets as well (huge difference). Staff is really friendly and helpful and looks like they have everything you need. Even scale for your baggage and local sim card with the best price we've seen. Rooms and bed linens are clean. Recommend to stay. Breakfast was fine also.
