The flat was more than big enough for two people given the price you pay. It's located at a short walking distance from the Tram and Train station. We walked back a few time from Sultan Ahmet and it took around 20 mins. On the same street there a few restaurants, small shops and a small supermarket. The owner was really nice, he sent a couple of his employees to help us with our luggage on the first day and came to help us himself on the last day. He was always polite, easy to reach and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen area has a washing machine, a small stove, a small refrigerator and a water boiler. There are enough utensils for a couple of people and even more.

The flat is on the 2nd or 3rd floor and it is quite a walk up if you have someone with limited mobility. My mom and I were ok with it but it made taking heavier stuff difficult.

The property is in a good location. A little bit dirty in the streets, but it is totally didn’t disturb us. The host was really good! He helped us with a lot of small issues, such us conditioning, medical help or any other question. Thank you, and I do recommend this place.

The apparent is on 3rd floor - it can be challenging for some people. For us it was totally ok. It is recommended to throw your trash every day in order to avoid insects. The apartment is good - do not worry.

The host is extremely nice and helped me a lot - prior to this hotel I had a room booked about 100m down the road, but that guy scammed me. I had nowhere else to go, so I booked this hotel. The host of this hotel contacted me right after I confirmed the reservation, and in about 20 minutes I went from a disgusting moldy room to a nice, air conditioned room with a washing machine. Everything was done very smoothly + he even called me during the day of my departure that I can stay longer if I need to. The room is located right opposite to a mosque - don't worry though, the calling to prayer isn't too loud, I bearly heard it. However when I asked about this the host told me that if it bothered me he could give me another room. 10/10 experience, I very highly recommend this accomodation.

Just wow. Everything including kitchen furniture and a cute balcony. I definitely recommend this hotel for the budget traveller for sure. I wish to stay in this hotel if I travel Istanbul again.👏👏👏👍

Everything was great and new. it was last minute booking, they tried to the theirs best. My room was garden side and pretty quiet. just 500 m. far from the tram station and grand Bazaar, 150 m. to train. I will back at March and definitely I will stay same hotel.

Very near to the historical city part and near to a very attractive and traditional food street. The suite contains all necessary accessories. Thanks alot to Mr. Abdessalam for his brilliant service and hospitality.
