The hotel's location was perfect, I had easy access to the city's historical and touristic places. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the room decoration was very nice. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they helped me with everything. The breakfast was very tasty and varied, I started the day with fresh and delicious food every morning. The hotel's garden was very beautiful, it was an ideal environment to relax and spend time. I recommend Senyor Garden Hotel to everyone, I had an unforgettable stay.

fantastic service at the hotel,from management to staff,ideal location to all the toursit resorts,easy access to public transport staff and management very hostible,would go above and beyond to help,any situation. example id give is my daughter left her belongings,and she was devastated as we had a transfer provided by hotel management to get us from hotel to Istanbul airport,as we was travelling in a family we lost count of baggage on arriving to airport we realised we left one bag at hotel,staff went out of way to come deliver it to us Big heart.

One of our rooms was very quiet, but the other was very noisy. These noises came from both the outside as within the hotel.

Hotel is nice, close to the attractions. You have everything around the corner… the owner is helpful and kind. The best was Hasan, he is very helpful with everything you need. He makes excellent vacations. Good breakfast and service. They help you with taxi. Whatever you need is no problem. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I will return for sure…

Communication gap like most hotels in Turkey they don't speak English and but a translator works.

An excellent hotel with affordable prices. Close to many important touristic objectives, like the Grand Bazar and Blue Mosque/ Hagia Sophia. Many places to eat nearby, affordable prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended if you are looking to visit Turkey but you don't have a big budget. Clean place, clean towels and the needed consumables are there.

You can get a mini fridge in your room if you need, but for some rooms you need to request it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They asked everyday if everything was alright and if we needed room cleaning service to send someone to clean the room. A scale is also available next to the lift so you can weigh your baggage.

The room was a bit small, but compared to what was paid it was alright.

Beautiful hotel, everything is so modern and clean. The wifi is strong for working, always hot water and a good central heating system. The room is finished to a high quality with everything you need. Also the location is so convenient, many good restaurants and shops nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice stuff helpful and we got free breakfast

The best thing about this hotel were the staff. They were very friendly and tried to do their best. We had a large group of people and some could not speak English and were stressed on the day of arrival due to issues with our original booking. But the staff at this place calm them down and made them welcome throughout their stay. Some were originally thinking of changing the hotel again but decided to stay because of the staff. The rooms were small but were clean.

The location was not as expected. We had another place booked originally but the property cancelled our booking on the day of arrival. This caused a lot of stress and had no option but to accept the alternative that was offered. We did not know this was an older part of the city and some guest did not feel as comfortable to walk around at night. Also wished the room were a little bigger.
