🥰 1-During my stay at the Ottoman Boutique hotel, everything was perfect. Especially 2 guys of the front desk they're really friendly and welcoming ,besides to the room cleaner she always doing great job and Work from heart 🥰 2-Room was clean and in a great location so close to every places , extremely helpful staff made for a very pleasant stay. 🥰 3- I decided to book only 3 days, and then I wanted to change the hotel, but most hotels are expensive and not new, and there is a lot of chaos and noise next to the hotels since they are on the main roads, but this hotel has quiet rooms, a place to park cars, and is close to all traditional or modern restaurants, All kinds of shops, close to all sites. Only a few minutes reach your destination without any means of transportation, and this is what made me book from 3 days to 15 days. 🥰 4-I thank those who work in the front desk for the 2nd time for their hospitality, understanding, and kindness to visitors If I come to Istanbul again, this will definitely be the hotel I choose!

This note is not about the hotel, but regarding to visitors who visit the country and the hotel in particular. They must respect those who staying in the hotel because they are not in their homes to make noise and fight with their wives and husbands. Respect and you will be respected. There were no bad comments from me during my stay at this hotel

I had a truly wonderful stay at Otoman Boutique Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive — a special thanks to Servet, who was especially kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I was allowed to check in earlier than expected and was also granted a late check-out beyond the official policy, which I greatly appreciated. These thoughtful gestures made a real difference. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The interior scent was pleasant and added to the overall charm. Every detail, from the decor to the service, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Otoman Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I spent four nights at the hotel. If anyone is considering where to stay in Istanbul – The Ottoman Boutique is an excellent choice! First – the location. It’s close to a tram stop and just a 20–25 minute walk to Sultanahmet Square. Second – the room. Full of character, beautifully furnished, and thoroughly cleaned every day. Third – the service. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for hosting me, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone!

hotel is located in busy trading district but in the quiet little lane; it's 20 min walk from M2 subway and Marmaray (easy to get to both international airports), 10 min walk from T1 tram, plenty of restaurants and minimarkets around - very comfortable location room matched the photos 100%, nice clean bathroom, no problems with WIFI (even during zoom meetings), host was helpful, special thanks for what's app communication

if you expect beautiful surroundings around hotel and\or breathtaking view from the room, you might be disappointed (we were not) room would benefit from bedside lamps

The hotel was handy for reaching old town on foot...prepare good shoes, there are many steep hills! The street is rather quiet and there are kiosks and restaurants nearby. Rooms are much smaller and more kitch than how they appear on the images and the free genius room update we had from booking.com was not applied although we were the only few guests...however it was very clean and ok value for the money for a last minute booking!

Everything. The staff of the hotel is really professional and welcoming, they were there for all our needs, really no words for it. My wife and me never went out in the morning, more or less was afternoon after 1pm, and house keeping lady ALWAYS came back to clean our room even though we were so late to go out. Regarding the hotel, we go the room that we booked, and it looked exactly like it looks on photos, which was a pleasant surprise. Hotel seems to be newly built or fleshly renovated, all in all everything looks new, from the outside of the hotel to the inside. Rooms are quite spacious, bed is comfy and big (real double bed, not two single beds put together), there are complimentary tea and coffee in the room with the facilities to make them and they get replaced every day. There is an QR menu in the room, and you can request things like food, drinks, things from supermarket (chips, doritos etc.) to be brought to your room. Breakfast works in the same way, you request it through the menu to be brought to your room. Hotel is little further away from the some monuments like Hagia Sophia etc. but you need like 5min with taxi or 20min walking to get there, so it's not a bad thing, on the bright side there are not many people in the area and the area in which hotel is located is nice and calm. All in all, a really nice hotel with REALLY nice people working in it, i recommend it for staying and i would surely stay in it again if i come back to Istanbul.

Received a very warm welcome from the front office manager Mehmet Görül and treated us with very good traditional turkish coffee and baklava as we waited for our room ro be ready. Location is very convenient as the hotel is beside the tramline T1 with which you can get anywhere in Istanbul. Also beside there are many not expensive restaurants and coffee places. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so that we slept very well. Also the shower was very clean and big. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!! Teşekkür ederim!!

Great staff, Shayesta, Ahmed and Mohamed, they were very kınd and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the rom also very clean and they changed the towels often. The batıh was clean but unfortunately the head of the showet wasnt good. The hotel ıs close to all attractıons. ı wıll prefer to stay ın thıs hotel by my next vısıt to İstanbul and ı recomend ıt to every one .

The hotel was really nice and tidy, they cleaned our room everyday. Also the staff were super kind. When we asked for help they were there, told us some advices where to go in the city and they were available 24/7. The Hotel is really well located, close to every famous sites and restaurants. I like the bathroom a lot! I would recommend it for sure.

It is not even a negative thing but we thought that the pillows were so high and stiff which made the sleeping a little but uncomfortable. For the Hotel itself I would recommend to put a mirror outside of the bathroom as well and one or two small lamps next to the nighstands.

Most importantly it was very very clean. Rooms are cleaned every day. The room was the same as it is in the pictures. The staff were very nice and friendly. There are some very good restaurants and cafés nearby (Yeşim pastanesi, Divan Adana kebab restaurant)

If nearness to public transport is important to you, the hotel is a little further, a 10-15 minute walk uphill.
