My stay at this hotel was very good and very comfortable. The staff, especially Mehmet and Gökhan, were amazing. These two people helped me very much and I loved the service there. They were friendly and welcoming, as well as very helpful. I wanted to personally thank them and I recommend staying there mostly because of these two workers.

What I liked the most was the good location and that we were allowed to leave our luggage before the check-in time. The room was clean, comfortable, and safe. Overall, it was a normal and pleasant experience. 😊

The thing we liked the least was the staff’s behavior. There was a male staff member who spoke Azerbaijani, but he was neither friendly nor welcoming — overall, he had a cold and uninterested attitude. The reception area also felt like it was full of random people off the street who didn’t know how to speak or behave properly. This made us uncomfortable. 😤

Great location just a 10 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar and a ~15-20 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern. Room was comfortable, well lit and air-conditioned. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great spot for those who just need a home base and get out and about during the day. Looks to have been recently renovated.

Not all rooms have air-conditioning. We had originally booked for a twin room, though the only one available did not have AC, we were kindly offered a double bed room with AC. This was manageable but made it a bit cramp for the two of us. The recent renovations are decent but a bit shoddy in places i.e. paint marks on wall, protective film still on the TVs etc. Nothing major for accom at this price though.

The rooms were kinda small but very clean and we were even given soap and slippers. They also have a free room cleaning service. The location was very nice and the staff were even nicer. For example my father and I went downstairs to the lobby to plan the rest of our trip (we are major procrastinators) and the guy working made us tea! And about the location I mean you could walk from the hotel to pretty much anywhere. If I ever go back to Istanbul I know where I’m staying. Literally if you are in between choices this is the place you wanna choose.

This isn’t a problem for me however some people with mobility issues may have trouble with walking. This goes for alot of the roads in istanbul though. A cool thing is that they have an elevator in the hotel though its small but its still there. Again this place is great!!!!

The hotel was in a great location. I liked everything about it. The room and toilet were good. Both were clean. Daily room service was available. We stayed for 4 nights, and we were happy with our stay.

There was nothing to dislike, except for one thing, which was obviously not the hotel’s fault. There was no water at all in half of Istanbul for more than 12 hours. We never imagined something like this could happen in a big city like Istanbul. We couldn’t even use the toilets anywhere because of no water. I know this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but I thought I should mention it.

I liked the neighbourhood around the hotel. It is situated in lively, crowded street with bunch of food stores and one of the supermarkets. The mosques and the Grand Bazar are near as well. The room itsself was fine, a one-person size-suitable. The cleaning service was on a 3rd day. One of the receptionists was extraordinary kind, offering the tea whenever you drop-by to take off the keys. I'd recommend this hotel for everyone, especially for an individual traveler.

I didn't like the bathroom (the shower cabin was not clean) and the wifi service was often bad-quality/slow.

Despite some events on the first day, everything is fine at once. -Hand soap is not available!! -The phone in the room has a problem -The biggest problem I faced for two nights in a row was that the TV turned on at 5 am It bothered me🤕 and ruined my sleep,i don't know who programmed it🤬 I hope you pay attention to some points

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Kybele Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and great attitude. The location was perfect – right in the heart of everything, which made it easy to explore the city and get around. What really stood out was the price – it was exceptionally good for the quality of service and comfort provided. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The only small thing I’d suggest is having soap at the sink, which would be a nice touch

The stuff was great. They've helped us with any question that we had: to move into other room, to get a kettle with cups, to have an umbrella for a rainy day. And also they were always polite and ready to have a little chat. The room was nice: comfy beds, warm enough and with a good bathroom.

Sometimes we've heard noise behind the walls, but it was tolerable
