The cleaning staff are so mean , the ladies are always nagging , one of them was always nagging and treating me bad , she even kicked me out of the elevator so she can take the trash on it , she never say hi back to me , and she scolded me twice because some of my hair was on the floor

Room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. Room like a furniture was great..

Room is very very small and no window!. What was written in the Booking.com is that room should see the inner court which is not true. Of course I guess it's accurate for the price we paid but next time please be specific!

Location is the best possible, staff is great and friendly, rooms are cleaned every day, clean towels every day. Breakfast is ok also, same every day, but you can find something to eat

Nice location to Egypt market Grand , Blue mosque, to the Marmara and Bosphorus trips and all central sights! Great smile personnel at the reception, delicious breakfast is included, si cost- effectiveness and pleasure 👍 tasty coffee and turkey ☕️ in lobby and transfer! 👍

I’ve had a great stay at Grand Emir hotel. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is perfect for all who intend to do business and spend some time near the Grand Bazzar and Aya Sofia. I would gladly book this hotel again if I ever plan to come back to Istanbul.

Location is perfect since it is close to the public transportation and touristic places. Hotel was very clean and good value for money. Within walking distance of some of the main attractions. The room was indeed very warm, very clean and comfortable! The reception was perfect! Very Helpful and cheerful staff. Big thumbs up to Eyup and Ismail who went above and beyond in helping out anyway they could. They was very pleasant and all the guys there was perfect. Salam to Eyup and Ismail and the rest of the stuff! Next time i will come to Grand Emir again.

Staff was very responsive and very friendly. We had a small issue with our rooms, but staff helped and solved it for us. Location is good, you can easily reach the main street and the Tram station of Grand Bazaar. You have also in near vicinity smaller shops where you can buy whatever you'd need. I enjoyed very much the emergency-fire-exit stairs that you could easily reach from any level and there you could see a very nice panorama of the bay area (you could just sit there/drink your coffee and admire the view - see attached picture from 7th floor). Internet was good with slower speeds in the mornings and evenings when most likely everybody was connected and using it - otherwise was good for youtube (my son was watching cartoons OK) or whatsapp or other normal activities. Another plus is that you have safe in the room where you could store your valuables. PS: the hotel is on the hill, so when you'll enter the lobby, you'll be on floor 5 out of 9. PS2: for breakfast you need to get to floor 1 with the elevator and have to take the stairs to get to floor 0 where the restaurant is (this can be somewhat problematic for those that have baby stroller or have some disabilities - this was not the case for us).

Breakfast was pretty much the same, only with very small deviations, however it was a fair/sufficient amount of foods to choose from (at least for us).

Location was good , 7-10 mins to grand bazaar Staff very accommodating, helpful Breakfast v basic, not enouy variety. Could add croissants, fresh milk. They had UHT which kids didn’t like. More fruit. Only had melon

On arrival reception manager wanted to hang onto passports, said needed them to register us, can we collect in morning. So i said no to that , i told him we’d wait. So he did that and returned them. Wasnt happy to leave passports!! Breakfast was very brief. Could of added croissants, milk was UHT so kids didnt like it. Could of provided fresh milk. There was no fruit other than melon. Bit more variety would of been better. Also the workers kept coming up to tables, trying to hurry us!

The location is perfect, the staff also are good, especially Maradona very kind and helpful person
