We got a room the first day at the 3th floor which had beautiful interior. We had a minor issue with the room but the staff quickly gave us a new room at the 4th floor the same night. Very helpful and good staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner all and the staff members were very polite and offered their service at the fullest. The rooms were big and clean and the looked very nice. Good beds. And for our check-out the owner helped us to book transfer to the airport. Which was very helpful to us and for a very good price. The hotel offers good and delicious breakfast with a great view. We recommend this hotel and we will come back.

Amazing hotel and great location. Very close to the tram and tourist areas like the mosques. The rooms were fantastic and can’t fault the breakfast, there was a great variety of food to choose from and something for everyone, was super tasty and kept us full almost all day! Staff were super helpful with everything and very welcoming. Would highly recommend this hotel!

is close to the center/bazar/shops. Easy to find, breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view over the city. breayis vert good, a lot of salads, vegetables, egs, potatoes, soup, jam, sweets. The rooms are recently renovated, clean, new furniture, new AC. We had a rooms with 3 bed and it was quite small, but if there were only 2 beds it would have been perfect

although the bathroom is recently renovated the ceiling of the room was full of mold, water drips from 3 places, including through the light fixture. the smell of mold and dampness predominates in the whole room

Location. Front desk guys are nice.

Very noisy (you can easily hear your neighbours talking, taking shower…etc.). Also the chairs from the restaurant, you hear it two floors down since 7am, don’t expect to sleep until late. The food is below average. We gave it a try despite the bad reviews but they are real. Needs restauration.

The locations is close to Grand Bazaar and a lot of shops, close to the tram and public transportation

The bathroom- the toilet was leaking on the floor, furniture was old deteriorated, dirty towels. The room- beds are good, the air conditioner was snatched from the wall. First I received a room with no air conditioner and no window…but after insistent requests I received another room. And the terrace from the pictures…does not exist!!! Breakfast was good, to very good!
