New, clean roms, lift, comfortable beds, good breakfast ( except coffee) and very helpful staff . Our car was towed away from an official parking place and the manager helped to find the car we didn’t need to spend hours to find out where was it.

The breakfast is very delicious except the coffee what is very low quality. Location is downtown but there is a huge building construction near the hotel. This doesn’t look charming but fortunately at night there is no noise and traffic, we could sleep well.

Cleanliness and friendly staff.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the hot days in Istanbul. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

The only thing we didn’t really like was the location. To get to the main street, you have to walk uphill, which was a bit tiring, especially in the heat. However, everything else about the hotel was excellent, and if you don’t mind a bit of a climb, it’s definitely a great place to stay!

I spent 6 amazing days at this hotel, and I have to say the staff truly made my stay unforgettable. Every single person working there was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made me feel welcome from the very first day. Another big highlight is the location — everything is nearby! Restaurants, shops, and attractions are all within walking distance, so I never had to use public transportation during my stay. It made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. Location is wonderful. Center of city. till public transport just 4-5min. Important case, near big Istanbul bazzar Laleli. Hotel is new. Our room was also new, everything was great. Staff was respectful and helpful.

The value for money is perfect. Small hotel, with a great, kind and helpful staff. Room was very clear, just enough for 2 people. Perfect location, it is approx 8-10mins walk from the grand bazar, and 20-25 mins easy walk from Hagia Sophia and lot more.

The mat in the bed was very hard for us. It is different for all people, so it is not something negative, it's just our remark. The breakfast is in the hotel just nerby Diamond, and the quality and quantity of the food is not good. I do not recommend it. There are several restaurants and bufets around, where you can find breakfast.

From the moment i arrived, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making check-in smooth and effortless. The room was spotless,beautiful, and designed well with a great bathroom . The bed was uncredibly comfortable, and i slept so well each night. The location is perfect close to everything with easy access to shops , restaurants, and public transport. Overall, it was a peaceful , relaxing stay, and i would definitely come back.
