Great location and the reception staff were wonderful.

Unfortunately we paid for breakfast and it was very poor. Hence, we ate out and the money paid was wasted

Vera Life Hotel is the best hotel in best location for the best price. Hands Down! Rooms are clean, spacious, and room service is perfect. The best part of this hotel compared to many I have stayed at is the staff. Bright smiles, welcoming, helpful and can guide you in all your questions about the city. I have to add, Furqan is a gem for the hotel. He was soo professional and humorous at the same time. We actually sat outside and chatted about our lives, it was truly a special experience. I have made a great friend. I don’t want to take anything from the other staff because they are amazing amazing people. Being in Istanbul you feel like everything is a scam but these guys are pure gems. Thank you !

Vera Life Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The space is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location is perfect — central and convenient for exploring, yet tucked away enough to feel relaxing. One of the highlights was the healthy, delicious breakfast each morning — a refreshing change from typical hotel offerings. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. They were unbelievably helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at every step. This place is an absolute gem. When I return to Istanbul, there’s no question — I’ll be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm, modern, and welcoming experience.

Everything was perfect

In general, good value for price, however, there were a few things that were not perfect. We had 2 smaller mattresses on our bed, which weren't "tightened" in any way, and if you move during the sleep, they get displaced, creating a hole in the middle of the bed, which gave us some trouble during the sleep. Additionally, light switches are in the middle of the bed, on the level of head/pillows, which additionally caused us troubles as every night we would accidentally turn on the light with our heads/pillows which woke us up every day. Our towels weren't changed once in 5 nights (we left one on the floor on the second day, it just got removed but we didn't get another one, so we didn't want to risk it in further days). Cleanliness could have been better, but it was acceptable. Lastly, breakfast was what we expected by other reviews, which means it was not very rich, very basic, definitely way below average hotel breakfast, but as I said we expected it so we weren't negatively surprised. Despite all these things, we're satisfied with our stay, especially if we take price into account, but there are some things that could be improved. Staff on the reception was great, always smiling and willing to help.

I loved the location of the hotel located in a quiet street , The room is very spacious very nice! The bed is really very comfortable! there is a little noise at night if you leave the window open as there are workers who get up early in the morning in this alley, but it’s not disturbing.

people at the reception are very cold ... in 8 days except say hello and goodbye no conversation...... I give a score of 0 out of 10 for breakfast... It’s not a room, nor a restaurant... It’s a room with a kitchen!! Without a window, the smell of the morning is really unpleasant...... there are only 8 or 10 tables .... customers find themselves stuck ... the buffet is poor there are only salads... very sour for the morning... A little Egg, a cake for all customers.... bread and butter... There is a small coffee machine so you have to QUEUE ....... while the coffee renews in the coffee maker.... on 8 days I only had breakfast on the first day....

Very good value for money. Everything was fine. The hotel is in the best possible location, very close to Beyazıt Square. Many attractions are within walking distance, but public transport is also easily accessible. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, there were no issues with cleanliness. The breakfast could indeed be a bit more varied, but this is not the Four Seasons. If you want better, go there.

Modern spacious room (we were upgraded) with windows that open onto the street behind rather than the lane. Spacious, clean bathroom. Sheets not changed in 7 days and bath towels once at our request. Breakfast room/breakfast is what lets it down. Every day (7 days), we had problems with either no cutlery, plates, glasses, or cups. Some days, there was no tea, coffee or juice. All were empty and not replenished. We waited 25 minutes on a Sunday and eventually gave up. Crockery etc was washed by hand in a bucket and replaced dripping wet, no tables were cleaned. Location was great only few minutes walk from Grand Bazar.

Location it is amazing,staff it is very polite what ever u need they will help you,room are clean,breakfast it is the same every day but it is good one,heating in apartment it is amaizng, also they clean room every day, we like it , I will recomend this hotel!Close to public transportation, good wi fi👍

Everything what people wrote it is true,BUT Breakfast it is the same but you have variety it is good one,Mosques are close but also prayer it is just few time at day also good one, street outside of hotel it is old BUT that it is just a street there not touching your vacation,so for us all was good, not new hotel builded yesterday but not so bad like people wrote,just we have to clean air condiotion filters it was so dusty but we also do that in every hotel we stay bcz of our breating 😅

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. The rooms are clean, with good sound insulation, so that the noise from the outside mortar is not heard at all. Rooms have towels, hairdryer, slippers, water kettle, as well as coffee and tea. Breakfast is good, with quite enough food. The employees are very friendly and always available. It is possible to book a transfer from and to the airport at the hotel. The location is convenient, 3 minutes of sand to the Grand Bazaar, 2 minutes to the tram station and 15-20 minutes of easy walking to Hagia Sophia.
