My feedback is extremely positive, the room was small but very good also the bathroom had a good dimension. The staff was very helpful and I'm very grateful to the room's staff who found my gold earing I lost probably sleeping in my bed. The position was excellent, in a quite street but in a central position close to public transport and close to the most important historical and touristic sites. I highly recommend this hotel to people who want to stay in Istanbul for vacation or other reasons.

Great location, close to Grand Bazaar and close to a tram station. Breakfast had a lot of options, while there was not much variety day-to-day, it was sufficient for us, and the staff there was great.

When we arrived there seemed to be some confusion about the room we booked (we were shown two rooms with a single bed, and not two beds like we reserved). We were able to get this rectified. Our toilet did not always work properly- there was an issue with the water running.

Absolutely great location near Capalicarsi and other Bazaars plus Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque are close down the street. Staff was nice, I will especially fondly remember the cook. Food was good.

Sauna wasn't working. There was a message a couple of days before we went to hotel where we were asked to pay for the second time for our stay, and then they said that was a hacker's attack, that was weird.

I really liked the staff, they were kind and paid attention to us.

I would love to find next time a more cleaner bathroom maybe and another kind of blanket to use overnight.

Near Grand Bazar. you can go by walk. Near Tram station so you can go easily to tourist attractions. Hajiya Safia mosque is 2 or 3 stops away on tram. Hotel is nice, breakfast was ok but not the best as limited choice.

water bottles weren’t free and if you buy from reception it will cost you more. No kettle in the room or tea bags etc

The rooms could be cleaner .

Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is right in the center of the town. They cleaned the room everyday, they changed the towels. It is not the forst time I stay at this hotel and everytime i liked it.

The personnel was nice and helpful, the room was cleaned, towels changed daily. The room looked nice and had a balcony with sea view. Tram/metro station near location.

First we were offered a very small room and the bathroom had water leaks. After complaining about it the receptionist upgraded the room. The new room was very nice but unfortunately had no heating in the bathroom, considering the cold weather. The breakfast was not diversified.

Every thing was lovely, would stay there again

it was our 1st experience in Istanbul and it was great 👍, the location in beautiful place close to everything, the staff very friendly and nice, the restaurant very clean and foods are delicious, the rooms are clean, I hardly recommend this hotel specially if you are family
