A great stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, so welcoming and made the whole experience feel safe and enjoyable. We were also able to check in early, which was such a relief after a long journey. The location couldn’t have been better - right at the top of the hill, just a short walk to the bazaar and tram stop. Breakfast was fab, good fuel to start the day! As the area isn’t easily accessible by taxi, the staff kindly helped carry our bags to the nearest pickup point so really appreciated their support!

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, especially if you have larger suitcases but that’s to be expected given the charm and character of Istanbul’s older buildings. It didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay!

If your intension is to go near the Grand Bazaar - this is the perfect place for you.Location is very safe and convenient. Beside the hotel is a police station to ensure safety while walking back to the hotel.Mr.Mehmet is an asset of the company.He has an excellent customer service also the lady in the reception who helped us in carrying our luggage during our checkout.We stayed there’ for 5days but the water provided is only during 1st day.The doorknob of the toilet was reported damaged during the 2nd day of our stay-yet Ir wasnt fixed until the day of our check out.OVERALL EXPERIENCED WAS GREAT AND WE’LL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO THEM as we really LOVE THE LOCATION ❤️❤️❤️

We were 3 adults and a baby. Our stay was excellent! The hotel is in a perfect location — very close to the tram station and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and tourist spots. All the staff were friendly and always willing to help. They helped us change to a bigger room without hesitation, and also supported us when we needed to extend our stay for an extra night — with no pressure or overcharging. Breakfast was simple and could be improved, but overall the experience was great. The room was relatively quiet compared to other hotels. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Stay in Istanbul! I’ve stayed in many hotels in Istanbul, but this one truly became the best for me. It has everything you could wish for: • Balcony with a sea view, even in winter: The balcony with a sea view is a special highlight, even during the colder months. It’s a cozy and private spot to enjoy the beautiful scenery. • Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast is simply amazing — diverse, fresh, and tasty, perfect for starting the day. • Outstanding Staff: The staff are incredibly friendly, communicative, and always ready to help. Their attention to detail and care made the stay even more enjoyable. • Daily Room Cleaning: The housekeeping was exceptional — everything was spotless and tidy every day. • Perfect Location Near Beyazit Tram Stop: The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the Beyazit tram stop, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

Great location and amazing staff! I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. First of all, the location was perfect – right next to the Grand Bazaar and with the train station just steps away, which made it super easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind – they assisted me with even the smallest things and made me feel truly welcome. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and something for every taste. Overall, I felt it was great value for the money. I definitely recommend this place!

Most likely the location, near the tram station- Beyazit Tram Station. Surrounded with good restaurant with affordable price. The street not too busy and safe during the the late of night. Variety of Turkish food during breakfast at hotel. It also provided weight scale for luggage near the entrance. It s very convenient for small family.

It's small room with 20m size. May consider to upgrade room if you have big luggages. Maybe hotel need to consider to place the long mirror in the room.

The hotel location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. The lady receptionist was professional, very kind, and helpful. Everyone at the hotel speaks English. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of food options. Our room was the perfect size, clean, and we slept wonderfully. We have stayed here before, and we will always return with pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's a perfect 10 out of 10. The owner is available to help most of the time, which I always appreciate.

Hotel is clean, furnished with essential items and provide comfortable beds. Its located in the heart of old city.Staff is very helpful and room cleanness is arranged on daily basis. Hotel provides a combination of English and a variety of traditional, healthy breakfast ranging from fresh fruit, Turkish marmalade’s ,jams, fresh tasty Turkish baked food and nearly 20 flavoured plus Turkish tea/ coffee. Breakfast will provide you energy for the day while you can enjoy sea view from some of the restaurant windows. Location wise, it’s best. Less than 5 mins walk to Grand Bazar and 1 min to train/tram stop. Though hotel is at walking distance from iconic Hagia Sophia and fantastic ottoman architectures like Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace, Arasta Bazar and Spice /Egyptian Bazar but the train stop close to the hotel straight goes to all these places quickly and is a cheaper way to travel. Just buy a train card once and you will have to top up accordingly but definitely a cheaper way to travel in the city. It’s also close to many restaurants and cafes for lunch/dinner and Turkish shops to buy Turkish delights, souvenirs or other stuff.

Staff was very friendly, helpful. Facility was neat and tidy. Most importantly the location was unbeatable. We walked to the Blue Mosque and Ayasofia in 15-20 mins. The grand bazar was only 5-7 minutes walk literally.

I would suggest they could provide a small bin for the room. Just a thought.
