I spent 4 nights at the hotel with my wife, and we were both very impressed – an excellent location with even more exceptional staff. They were available 24/7 for literally anything we needed. Before our arrival, I asked the hotel for a small surprise because it was my wife’s birthday. I requested a cake or some little treat to surprise her, and I was expecting maybe a slice of cake or a dessert – but instead, we received a whole cake and a beautifully decorated room, which far exceeded all my expectations. All in all, full praise to the hotel and all the staff – it was an amazing experience.

I stayed at this hotel in mid-April for four days, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, assisting me with my luggage up and down the stairs. They provided a wealth of information about local activities and hamams, one of which I tried and found to be a five-star experience. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from the bazaar (not the Egyptian Spice Market side, but the other side). The tram stop is also only 4-5 minutes away, offering easy access to the Blue Mosque and many other tourist hotspots. My room was comfortable, ensuring I got a good night's sleep, and the staff were always responsive to any requests I had. The hotel serves a delightful breakfast and has a charming café area.

I genuinely have no negative comments about this place; both the hotel and the staff were amazing. The only minor issue was the very thin walls or possibly the very loud baby next door, so if you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

We had an excellent experience at Elyka! The hotel is in a walkable distance to all main attractions in the historical center (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi) and there is also a tram 2 mins away that can easily get you to many other areas of the city. The room was dialy well cleaned and we were also getting new complimentary bottles of water every day, which was very thoughtful and not really expected. Small family hotel, and all the staff was really friendly and accommodating. I would like to specially thank Berk and Sinan at the reception desk for all their advices and suggestions, they helped us a lot with organizing our days and they were always super kind. Good job!

I feel that breakfast was kind of limited in options, however taking into consideration the price, I would say that it was more than enough. Not an important problem. The lady preparing our breakfast every morning was very sweet!

I've been in this hotel just for a few days and it was a really good experience. The room was clean and confortable. The staff was very nice, thanks to them. They gave me good advice for my trip in Istanbul, they offer tea, coffee to spend a few minutes talking with them. The breakfast was really fine and the restaurant really good. Also, this hotel is very close to the main places you can visit in Istanbul. You can walk to reach mosquees and museums or just take the tramway to go there. I recommend this experience.

Actually, the best option for this price. Breakfast are more than enough and tasty. Juices, omelets - a nice variety of meals. Rooms are not so big, but very comfortable. In terms of design, hotel is very cosy. We had our trip in winter, nevertheless, it was very warm inside. The only little drawback is that it was cold in the restaurant, but it is more dependent on weather rather than hotel. Location is amazing, near tramway station and enough far from crowded and noisy streets. Kindly recommend this hotel. The staff is also very attentive and kind. But I would like to highlight an outstanding treat by Mr. Sinan from the very beginning, va great attention and responsiveness was given!

My stay at Hotel Elyka was truly a remarkable and unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The staff members were exceptional in their treatment, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One particular staff member, Sinan, stood out with his exceptional professionalism and assistance. He guided me to various viewpoints and nearby attractions, ensuring I had a wonderful time exploring the area. I am truly grateful to the owner who even surprised me with a beautiful prayer carpet as a gift. The overwhelming feeling of gratitude and contentment lingers with me even after my stay..

Had a corner room with high ceiling and large windows adorned with sheer draperies. Also, our booking came with free daily satisfying breakfast with ample selection of pastries, eggs, sausage, cheese and veggies coupled with hot coffee or tea according to your liking to perk up your tour itinerary for the day.

It would have been nice if there's an elevator access for rooms located in upper floors. The rooms are adequately sized with enough space for movement, but we noticed the lack of sound insulation for the walls separating our room with the adjacent one.

Stay was good and the Receptionist Sinan was very really Helpful. He helped us to order food and get a cab to SAW Airport. He allowed us to keep some of our luggage's as we will be back after 3 days for another stay. Overall it was great.

One room we stayed was having bit congested bathroom rest all were good.

Staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Good communication. Breakfast is very good and plenty of options to choose from. The location is great and 10 mins walking distance from main attractions. Lots of cafes and restaurants within 5 mins walking distance so an ideal location within city centre.

Where the location of the hotel is it is a restricted zone from Monday to Saturday during 9am till 8pm where private cars cannot come through so if hiring private cars you will not be able to get picked up from the hotel location. However taxis are allowed within the restricted area.

A very nice value-for-money hotel not far from Grand Bazaar and Beyazit square. Although I booked a single room, I was allocated into rather a big room with several windows, a wide comfortable bed, a safety-box, a kettle with tea/coffee, two arm-chairs. Wi-fi worked well. There are many shops around (it's a shopping district, actually), but it was quiet at night and I didn't hear any noise either from outside or inside, and I'm a light sleeper. Breakfast is not very varied but it's ok. Friendly and helpful staff. The price I paid was very (very!) competitive but I got much more comfort here (safety box, kettle, place to sit and have a cup of tea, better sleep quality) than in some hotels with higher rates: that's why I give the hotel 10 points.

Please, write an instruction for the safety-box (not to disturb the staff with it) and serve normal cups at breakfast (paper cups have probably remained since covid times, but enough with these measures, let's forget these gloomy times!) The location is very busy if you drive or come by taxi, and it's a 15-min walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, but it's not critical.
