Small but comfortable and clean en-suite room. Big variety of dishes for breakfast, including fresh fruit. On the day of our departure we were allowed to leave our luggage at reception, since we only departed late in the evening. We returned during the afternoon to fetch something from our luggage and they gave us complimentary water and made sure that the aircon was switched on in the foyer ( it was very hot outside!)

It didn't bother us too much but our room was on the small side and the sound proofing between the rooms didn't seem to be much. My husband mentioned both points so it must be more noticeable than usual but we chose the hotel on value to spend on attractions instead. We didnt come to Istanbul to spend extended time in a hotel. Through the night I could hear neighbours snoring (but I'm used to my husband's snoring and i get back to sleep quite easily 😴). A couple of nights we were in bed early due to early starts and again neighbours activity was very much heard a bit more than we would normally expect. None of that spoilt our enjoyment of the hotel or Istanbul.

The staff was excellent. Extremely friendly staff and always ready to help in every possible way. The staff also helps in booking taxis to the airport, so one can ask for it. The location was very good as it is walkable distance to Grand Bazaar and other touristic attractions. The standard rooms are clean and comfortable for one person. Lots of restaurants around and closer to the tram station. Would definitely recommend the hotel for a short stay in Istanbul

Rooms can be a bit smaller for two people and the breakfast doesn't have lots of fruits or fruit juices. Not everyone likes french fries and onion rings for breakfast ;)

As a Muslim traveler it was wonderful to hear the athaan (call to prayer) and be able to attend prayers (a very short walk). Very conveniently located, we enjoyed walking down toward the sea, tram station close by and an easy walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace. The front desk staff were exceptional. The breakfast was the best from all the other 3 cities and the terrace was enjoyed. Our request for a higher floor was met and the packed breakfast pack for our early morning return flight was most welcome. A definite recommendation and Insha Allah we would return given the opportunity. Thank you Bizim hotel.

The people who worked at this hotel were the BEST part, aside from great, very central location. They were all so helpful, warm, smiling and professional! Excellent location convenient to the Tram station as well as the shopping bazaars and food establishments etc.

Breakfast was good but not great. I lovely assortment of dried and fresh fruits, olives and cheeses with hot beverages were offered. That was great for the first couple of days. But by the end of the week the breakfast looked and tasted a bit stale and inadequate. We craved some hot eggs options or atleast decent bread and fresh juice options. It was lacking to an extent.

I've already been a dozen times, and already tried many hotels, This hotel was an epic discovery for me, GREAT LOCATION in the center of the most iconic places, Great value, Best service, the reception are very welcoming, professional, effective and experienced, the extra services this hotel proposes like laundry and transfers are the real normal official price outside; meaning the hotel is not making any money on this, this want just to make things easier for their customers, little things that make you notice their honesty and devotion to make your stay perfect regarding anything, i dare anyone to find anything like this in another place in Istambul, The rooms are super clean and the housekeeping lady was super professional and effective 10/10 cleaniness, thanks also to Mr Murat at reception and all the other staff. DO NOT HESITATE A SECOND TO BOOK IN THIS HOTEL, you will never get such a location such honest prices and services and people anywhere, From now on i will book only here

Firstly, the location was excellent, with everything within a short walking distance. Secondly, the hotel was quite comfortable and spacious. Mr. Murat was exceptionally helpful and instrumental in resolving any issues. He was a truly excellent and professional, yet polite, individual. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection. I look forward to returning.

There might be some nighttime noise, but it's a small trade-off for having restaurants, markets, and attractions all in one convenient location.

It's near Grand Bazaar, restaurants, and tram station, mostly everything that i was looking for. I could even pray in a small mosque that is about 1-2 minutes of walking distance. The night-shift receptionist, if I am not mistaken his name is Ugur, was very friendly and helpful . He tried helping me, although he had to use Google Translate to explain most things.

The room is a bit small but acceptable as I was just spending most of my time doing some work or sleeping if I was in the room.

Great location on a quieter street, rooftop patio, decent breakfast spread, very friendly and helpful staff. Walkable to Grand Bazar (5-7min), historic district (10min), streetcar stop to historic district and Beyoglu neighborhood (3-5min).

Like other mid-range, European city hotels, the rooms are small. The hotel is also very close to a speaker for the Adhan. For the Fajr and Sunrise calls, this could be disruptive in the early hours without earplugs. However, the Adhan is broadcast everywhere so non-Muslim travellers will need to grow accustom to it regardless.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, making it an ideal base for exploring these iconic landmarks.The rooms were clean and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing.
