Location is great. Room are nice and tidy.

I was with two little kids and we came for breakfast at 9:30am. When I finished filling in three plates with food and went to get drinks i was surprised to see that they all were gone. And the machine with juice was turned off. I asked the lady who was there to turn it on cause I needed drinks for kids, she said breakfast is finished and she won't do it. I asked if she at least can give us water, she just said no. At the reception they told us that swimming pool opens at 12, we came down but it was closed. We came back an hour later and stuff told us that pool is on cleaning and they don't know when it will be ready.

There was a huge selection of food in the breakfast buffet. I would have liked some food labels as I have dairy intolerance and dairy free milk, but there was always enough choice of alternative food.

I only used the spa twice during my stay and found the ladies changing area didn’t have a private room to change . The shower wasn’t very clean and the sink was blocked with floating hair. Although I mentioned this to the attendant on first visit it was the same on second visit. The online images were stunning of the hotel but on arrival we found out it was located on narrow inclining cobblestone road. We were given impress ion it was a 5 star hotel but actually it is a four star.

Location of hotel perfect walk distance for top main places staff was great and helpfull specially mr ercan he was always there for me. Thanks to those smiley staff and i will be back there again when im in istanbul

Green swimming pool and dated gym facilities meant we didn’t want to use these facilities
