Manager is friendly, The hotel has been redecorated since I was there in February 2023. It is comfortable and the staff helpful. I will certainly stay there again on my next visit to Istanbul and will recomend it to my friends for as a good budget hotel.

Breakfast-too many olives!!!! Red olives, Purple olives, green olives, brown olives, pickled olives, pitted olives!! Manybe some fruits would be nice. But in general the breadfast was ok.

The staff were super friendly and they also cleaned the room every day. The breakfast was included in the price and was delicious. The AC worked well and also there was a fridge in the room. We could drink tea and coffe whenever we wanted free of charge.

The location of the hotel is not the best. At the basement, there's some kind of dress packing factory which makes a lot of noises, also during the evenings. Some of the guests were loud at the evenings, however it's not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is quite easy to find, close to the tramway. Facilities are all given, as well as in the room, itself. The staff is outstanding: everyone is very kind and helpful, with good level of English! I loved the breakfast, too: varied, organized and the time you have for it, is long enough.

The only thing I would complain about, is the noise outside. I mean out of my room, on the corridor. Walls are not sound-proof, at all.

Everything was good, the rooms were comfortable and breakfast was great. The location is close to many attractions. We enjoyed our stay, and I like to Thank Mr. mehemet who provided us with a lot of help and assistance!

Good location, good breakfast, very convenient for a family staying in a family room. Employees at the reception were very kind and professional. For a two star hotel, very satisfying and pleasant place to stay.

One of the waiters was unpleasant, whatever you ask, you can't get. Other waiters were kind, but staff shortage was evident. Cleanness could be improved.

Breakfast was okay, not that fresh but good enough to fill up instead of spending money outside in the morning.

Nothing related to the hotel, however towards the end of our stay a huge number of people decided to party out in the terrace outside our window and on our last night we didn’t sleep. They were not told to quiet down so as to not disturb people at the hotel

The hotel met all our expectations. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff was very friendly and commendable. The room is neat, clean and comfortable. The location is also accessible because there is a tram station nearby that connects us to all parts of the city. Special thanks to the friendly receptionists who were at our disposal during the entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again.
