The hotel is in a very good location close to tramps and metro and very close to the main attractions.The bedroom has air-conditioning that was great after a hot day. Very friendly staff and helpfull, they provided us the transfer to the airport that was convenient and fast.

The bathroom was clean, but perhaps the edges of the shower floor had a little yellow colour that could cause mould in the long run. In my opinion, hot water coming from the shower didn't have enough pressure, but being summer was not a big deal.

The hotel was very clean. They cleaned the rooms so well. Got new towels, slippers, tea, coffee everyday. The people working were very helpfull and friendly. Especially Asilbek. Whenever we had a question he was ready to help in any way possible. Definitely a hotel we recommend. The location was right in between a lot of shops and very close to the metro and trams. You would think there would be a lot of sound at night but it was so quiet. In general we were very happy. This is our 4th time in Istanbul but this hotel was the best of all. Great people great hotel🤩

The hotel is excellent and beautiful. Near the market, attractions nearby. The guys from the reception are friendly, they will always help and advise. The rooms are new and clean, without smell and this is the most important thing for me.

Very clean room, excellent equipment, brand new bathroom, brand new machines. Full size refridgrerator, instead of stupid minibar :) Always got coffee and tea bags, not only for the first day. Private terrace. Heating-cooling, inverter based, silent climate. Perfect double bed. Lift. 7/24 entrance. Very silent hotel, available from a small street, not noisy at all. 10 minutes from tram by walk, 15 minutes from metro. Staff was very responsive and nice. Inside the room is exactly the same, shown in the pictures. If we travel to Instanbul again, we will choose them again :) Recommended A++++. Thank you, Golden Stone :)

The place had a fresh feel when you walk in. It looks like it has been renovated recently. It had a nice and spacious living space with a big sofa and a TV.

The bathroom is very small and narrow. The water in the sink and shower wasn't draining quick enough. The flat is not very quiet, you can hear people's conversations in the corridor, or when they are using the sink or shower. There is a lack of hooks in the whole flat, and no hangers in the wardrobe. Foe example there was nowhere to hang our coats or face towels.

- Clean room; - No unpleasant smell in the room. In the hotel in general. All tidy. - Close to Blue Mosque and many attractions. - Staff are friendly and proactive. Very Kind people. They were always responsive and ready to help.

Location it’s a bit strange. Still is Faith (nice neighbourhood) but it’s not as easy to access as it looks in the map. The main entrance at the hotel is also strange. It’s not obvious that it’s a hotel. There were some small things also but for short stay it’s good value.

Good location and easy access to the trams and local shops and fast and local food places. Rooms were good enough. Hotel not so big, so staff could serve you properly. Cleaner did an excellent job too.

The shower had an issue, water got flooded, but maybe it was only in our room as my girls didn’t have this issue.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel is modern, conveniently located close to both the sea and attractions. The staff is attentive. I recommend staying here.

There are some minor issues with sound insulation in the rooms due to not very thick doors, but this is a common occurrence in Istanbul hotels, so it's not a significant problem.

Very good hotel. Nice staff, clean room, convenient location. There are many cafes, shops, metro and tram nearby. The main attractions can be reached by foot if desired. The hotel provides water and coffee. On a rainy day we were offered an umbrella for a walk. Very nice. We recommend this hotel and will be happy to come back.
