The room had everything necessary and it was in quiet place, the mattress is very comfortable. They have delicious breakfast with variety. We asked for sweet bread (pretzel) because it was empty and one kind young boy brought us. The reception and cleaning ladies are also very kind and they do the best job. They suggested us a tea or coffee while we waited to be accommodated. Congrats for the delicious turkish coffee and tea which they prepared. There is metro station very close to the hotel, so we bought Istanbul card and used, it’s very practical.

The parking unfortunately is always full in front the hotel, so we had to stay our car in paid one called ISPARK Yenikapi and it costs 360TRY for 4days. We was a little bit confused because the woman who work down the pool told us we must have mandatory a swimming cap if we want to use the pool. She was a little rough and told us to buy from them a cap for 3$ per person which is high price and I think it must be maybe symbolic price or free. We don’t use the pool not even once for 5 days. Also no where here in booking is mentioned for this requirement to use the pool, if we knew earlier, we would take from home.

The location is good. It takes approximately 30 minutes to walk to the historic centre of the city. Migros is within a 5 minute walk. The areas teems with cafes, restaurants, shops. Careful with those restaurants as the prices in some of them are just ridiculous. Histroria shopping and life centre as well as Aksaray Metro station are within walkable distance. The hotel also offers a transfer to Istanbul airport for 50 EUR.

Of course, you can't change the view from the window but it is worth reconsidering the quality of coffee in the restaurant.

The breakfast had plenty of options for all tastes, fresh fruit and local produce. The lemonade and detox water were a nice touch! The room was clean and the beds comfy. The swimming pool and sauna were great to use after a long day of exploring Istanbul. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to use the hamam but it looked good. The staff were all so nice and welcoming! Definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

The triple room felt a bit small for three people. It would be quite useful to have some hooks installed on the bathroom door to hang the towels.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Istanbul. First of all, the hotel is located right in the heart of the city — all the major attractions such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar are within walking distance. There is also a metro station nearby, which makes it easy to get around the city. The staff is truly outstanding. Every member of the team is friendly, polite, and always ready to help — whether it’s giving directions, calling a taxi, or assisting with luggage. From the very first day, you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The room was very clean, cozy, and quiet. Housekeeping was done daily and with great attention to detail. The room had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a minibar, hairdryer, safe, and good Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless, with strong water pressure and modern fixtures. I especially want to highlight the breakfast — it was absolutely fantastic. There was a wide variety of dishes, all fresh and delicious. It felt like the breakfast was prepared with real care — comparable to what you’d expect in a five-star hotel. Every day featured fresh fruits, cheeses, pastries, hot dishes, and even local specialties. Overall, my experience was excellent. This is a place I would gladly return to. The perfect combination of location, service, and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy Istanbul with true comfort and warm hospitality.

It has full amenities and even a Turkish spa center. Very convenient for first timers visiting Istanbul as its near a Metro station

The breakfast could hv a bit more varieties with Italian cuisine eg. Spaghetti and chicken / mushroom soups etc.

We arrived in the morning flight and were there before 7am. Luckily Mr. Dawood was very kind and let us to book earlier. It was a big relieve traveling with a young child. Breakfast was amazing as it can suit any king of taste as there was a big choice of hot and cold dishes, including traditional Turkish breakfast and vegetarian options. Location is very good as it offers quick access to a town centre and is surrounded by various shops and restaurants. Swimming pool is nice, they have small kids' swimming pool which is occasionally being opened. Just there is one downside that swimming pool is open from 12pm. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we could feel welcomed. Room size is medium but in my opinion is a standard in Istanbul. Thank you for Mariam for warm farewell.

We love how close it was to the metro that connects to the airport. We really love the pool and sauna, we enjoyed it almost daily during our stay. We also love the range of the breakfast buffet. We love how the hotel is easily accessible to all main attractions of Istanbul. There are also a lot of nearby places to eat.

There was a hot tub but this was out of service. This would’ve been amazing if it was functional as I love hot tubs. The main metro that goes to all the touristy spot was not very near, but it was still within walking distance so it wasn’t too bad at all.

Everything from check in to check out was exceptional. Stayed 4 nights this week. Exceptionally clean rooms and premises, polite and helpful staffs especially the lady staff in the reception. They even arranged to change the room when requested after our first day as our original room didn’t have any view , as it was against the wall of adjacent flat. She arranged a similar room with street view in an hour of requesting as one became free that day. Breakfast fast was rich and tasty. location, very near to metro,tram,bus stations. Would recommend this to anyone any day

It was clean, comfortable and with great staff. We were able to check in earlier than expected, leave our suitcases in the hotel while wandering around the city on our last day and there was a variety of different breakfast options. Also, all relevant bus stops were nearby which made it easy to sightsee.

I didn't like the view from one of our hotel rooms as it didn't overlook the city, instead we were looking at an abandoned backyard with a lot of junk. But another room where the rest of our group stayed had a great view with a terrace and lots of natural lighting.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast selection was fairly good for the price, pool and sauna was clean and never packed which I pleasantly enjoyed and the reception staff especially Gurnom and Fatima were really nice and helped me when I needed it, the metros are 5 mins down the road you can see it from your window and the tram is a little further down the road about 10 mins and, local food, clothes and bag shops around, there’s plenty to shop around and if you want a cool quiet place to shop then the Aksaray mall is 5 - 8 mins down the main road looks hidden but it’s just past the Midpoint hotel before you cross the main road

Property was fine as I got the street view but I’m not sure about the other sides view
