We had an excellent stay, our apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we were in a great location to visit all the main attractions. The tram and metro stops were both within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The neighbourhood is very safe, with coffee shops, mosques, grocery shops, restaurants, and a mall within a few minutes' walk. All the staff at the hotel were very accommodating, polite, and extremely helpful, especially Ali, Ibrahim, and Javid. Our check-in and out were smooth, and they arranged the airport pick up and drop off. It was always a pleasure to come back to a freshly cleaned apartment after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were really responsive and available. They were very friendly and respectful. The apartment was clean and designed very wisely. It had two separate bathrooms. The living room had its own door so it could be simply used as the third bed room. The apartment was very clean and we had been receiving an offer for the room service almost every day. The location is great! It's very close to the shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, barbor shops,... When I was searching for a place for our stay. It was among a few apartments in this price range that has everything, e.g. elevator, room service, parking, cooking facilities and so on.

There is a mosque very close to the hotel and it is REALLY disturbing. It had been waking us up at early morning ( around 6 a.m.) every day. The kitchen facilities were poor. I recommend to equip the appartment with grater, bread toaster, big knife, opener.... It would be great to provide some detergents. I had to buy washing machine liquid , dishwashing liquid,...and I left them all there.

The apartment was great, it has a master room with a private bathroom, and a living room with open space kitchen, a toilet and a sofa bed, the host provided an extra child bed, so it was suitable for my family of 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids), the hotel staff where very helpful and they ask you from time to time if you need any help, the location was perfect near all public transportation (within 5 min walks you can reach the bus stations that takes you to sultanahmet, Taksim and Galata tower, there is also a metro station within a same distance, i didnt it use it though. i had my car and there was a reserved spaces in front of the hotel entrance, i always found a space for me, and the staff helps you with parking ( I wasn't charged for it, which is a big plus) there are many restaurants at the area, pharmacies and supermarkets, within 5 minutes walking you can reach the Historia Mall, is a nice mall.

We stayed here for 12 days in two different rooms. First of all, the manager Ibrahim is a very sincere person. He tries to fulfill every single request you may have. The support staff of Azad and others help you with your luggage and anything else you might need. Ibrahim speaks good English so that's a bonus. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It is very rare to find family rooms with two bathrooms in Istanbul. All their rooms have two bathrooms which is incredibly useful when you have kids. Housekeeping was very nice and they cleaned our room every day. They even cleaned and put our dishes in the dishwasher. In Dubai for example Housekeeping didn't touch our used dishes. The location of the hotel is great if you want to use public transport. Findikzade station on the T1 tram line is about 7-8 minutes walk away on a slightly uphill lane. The bus stop is just below the hotel. There is a very good cafe just below the hotel where you can sip coffee for hours and enjoy people walking by. Mosque is just opposite the hotel. The prices for stores in this area are cheaper compared to tourist areas in Fatih. If you walk for 5 mins on the road alongslide the hotel, there's a kebap shop called "Husrev kebap" which makes excellent kebaps. There's a children's park on the opposite side of the road as well as besides Husrev kebap where your kids can play. Overall it's a perfect stay place for families and I would recommend them 100%. We also often returned to the hotel around midnight and the area is also 100% safe. Instead of staying in Sultanahmet or Galata which are essentially tourist trap areas with sky high prices, I would recommend you stay here for more value for money and enjoyable experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine desire to make our stay comfortable. The Suite: Our suite was incredibly spacious, a rarity in bustling Istanbul! It was perfect for our family, providing ample room for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchenette allowed us to prepare some meals, which was a huge plus with children. Location, Location, Location: The location was ideal. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, we were within easy walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The tram line was also close by, making it convenient to explore further afield. Family-Friendly Atmosphere: What truly set All Seasons Suites apart was their attention to families. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our children felt welcome and entertained. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it's worth noting that the traffic noise can be noticeable at night, especially during the winter months when the windows are closed. If you are a light sleeper, this might be something to consider.

We'll furnished apartment, nicely decorated, Good location close to public transport, can accommodate 6 people, 2 bathrooms, good price compared to other central locations, friendly staff. Quick reply when I emailed them before arriving. Access to washing machine. Internet connection was very good and easy to connect to.

Didn't have enough bedding when we arrived but this was resolved quickly when we asked. Some insects crawling around in one of the on suites. One of the toilets didn't flush very well. Only Turkish language tv channels. All are minor issues and I would definitely visit again.

The room was pacious, very clean and comfortable. The male staff( especially Ibrahim & Ali) were amazing , right down to every small detail, opening lift door, greetings, helping with bags, directions and very kind. Great fast service to anything needed in our room. Ibrahim fixed the wifi prob in our room fast. The cleaning lady Salma was great, kept our room clean and tidy. We felt so safe with their 24h security system with a guy at the front desk keeping an eye. Ibrahim helped us with transportation tips and translated to taxi drivers where we needed to go. Everybody was really nice and smiling.

Very nice,friendly and helpful staff, many thanks for their help and service. Smooth check-in and check-out. Excellent location with easy access to restaurants and other nearby services, close to public transport (mainly the most important tramvay T1 connecting to most important areas and other stations M1 and B1 in Yenikapi). Very clean apartment with good quality internet speed. Daily room service available. Fitted kitchen within the living room with the most important kitchenware mentioned when booked are avaliable, washing machine available as well.

Small bedrooms, which make the movement uncomfortable especially when you have lagguage. Beds are okay but not the most comfortable. Small living room with even no place for TV, and a big column taking significant part of the room, TV not smart so no possibility for streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Tod etc. (even if you want to connect your subscription on-the-go). (p.s. All Seasons Suites have no restaurant or breakfast services, but this is something I am not complaining about as I was aware when booking. Just a note for those who want a breakfast included when they plan booking).
