Also the room service is very polite and wonderful. The hotel manager, I don't know if he was who booked our airport taxi, was wonderful man , careful, very respectful and extremely helpful. My family and I had an incredible experience at the All seasons hotel, especially due to their outstanding staff. During my elderly fathers stay he accidentally left his bag—with all his valuables—inside a taxi. The hotel staff immediately sprang into action, helping him check their security cameras and locating the taxi’s license plate number. Thanks to their swift response and initiative, we were able to provide the police with the necessary information, which ultimately led to retrieving all of my father’s belongings. Their dedication and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to assist us. The staff is very friendly, always responsive and attentive, the hotel was fully booked, though we didn't have any issue with the lifts, they have two lifts but they're fast and always working well, the view from my room was very nice, the washrooms are small however the water pressure is good, they are clean and working well, the breakfast is basic however it's nice. They don't leave anything that is finished, they always refill it, the location of the hotel is just fantastic, all that you need is just around you not to mention the tram is 1 min walk from the hotel.

I was on the top floor and there was some motor on the roof that when operational caused annoying vibration noise in the room.

The breakfast is very good and the staff are really good and friendly, the hotel is clean and safe we lost a piece of gold in the room but the cleaners returned it to us so you can really trust them with your things when you walk around.

The location is good, close to transportation and the main street, which makes everything good except for the noise of cars at night. It is difficult to sleep if you are on the lower floors. I do not know what the situation is on the upper floors.

We booked a room with a double bed, but they still gave us two twin beds. There is nothing to do in the hotel other than sleep and eat breakfast. (It's not a big deal for short term stays)

We will definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul! The hotel is very centrally located, with a tram station nearby, and you can easily get a taxi right outside. This was our top priority. Bayezit/Sirkeci/Eminönü/Sultanahmet, where the main attractions are located, are easily accessible by tram. Therefore, 10/10. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the hotel was clean. On Fridays, there is a bazaar just a few meters away. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is excellent overall — clean, well-organized, and in a great location close to most tourist attractions in Istanbul. The rooms are comfortable, the services are good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the internet, as it was sometimes weak.
