The hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere and features spacious, well-appointed suites. However, it may not be ideal for Muslim families, especially during the summer, as women often wear revealing swimwear, with some even fully nude, while men frequently go shirtless by the pool. This is particularly noticeable from the lobby, as well as when entering or exiting the hotel, and even while dining in the restaurant, where the pool is clearly visible.

Our stay was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Attila provided excellent service and provided great support every day . The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring the city. The Metro station is right next to the hotel. . The pool was amazing. From the our late check in with Okan who also check us out to the greatest service from Attila at the restaurant every hotel team member was great. Special Thank you to the Cuneyt who allow us to check out very late without additional charge. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. We definitely will be using same hotel when we come back to Istanbul.

This property is right next to a metro station which makes it accessible from any part of Istanbul. The hotel has a huge pool with a bar plus another pool at the gym area. They also have sauna, steam room, and a facility for massage which I took advantage of. The restaurant offers a full variety of dishes from western, to Turkish, to Asian. The suite room was ok with wonderful views of both the sea and the city. Everyone including the staff at the reception was so professional and spoke good English. I would definitely stay here again if given a chance. :)

My keycard malfunctioned 3x which made me a bit uneasy during my first 2 days as I had to come back and forth to the reception to have it fixed. They quickly made up for the trouble by sending me fresh fruits which to me was a really wonderful gesture. If you are from East or Southeast Asia I would suggest to stick with their grilled meats and wok options like fried noodles at the restaurant. I may have explored too many other dishes which turned out to be a bit bizarre for my taste. The lentil soup is a must try though! :)

Every thing is good, cleaness, comftable, location is side by side of metro. You can find a lots of market near hotel. Pool is great.

I expected the kitchen and its appliances to be complete, but at the beginning of our stay the refrigerator was broken (because it was placed inside the cabinet and the refrigerator was hot, we had to keep the cabinet door open to let the refrigerator cool down). After contacting the lobby, they replaced our refrigerator and brought us a small set of kitchen appliances.

Close to Maltepe metro station, only 50 m from Exit no. 5 of the station. The room was generally OK, contained two parts: a living room with a kitchenette and a bedroom. There is a Migros store in walking distance and many restaurants nearby.

I booked the room and paid via Booking. Booking wrote that the invoice will be issued by the Hotel. The Hotel did not want to issue the invoice to my company, saying that I paid via Booking. I had to argue with the receptionist, but finally I got the invoice with my company data on it. The room was generally fine, it contained a kitchenette too. Although there were appliances (kettle, microwave, fridge), apart of two mugs, no other kitchenware were available, not even a teaspoon or plate. So the nice kitchenette was useless.

Its a nice hotel overall, the room upgrade and the room itself was amazing (top floor). We really liked the room, it has everything you need. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of choice! The area is of course a bit further away from the center, but the metro station is 2min walk. Staff was helpful when we had an issue with the shower.

You need to buy a swimming cap for 300 TL to be able to go into the pool, thats a joke and does not make sense. I am sure I am not the first and not the last customer who complains about that. The pool area itself is nice, just stop with this swimming cap policy or offer your guests free swimming caps.

The security in the swimming pool. They are selling head cover caps for a nonsense reason. Have you ever heard that (in any part of the world) somebody died or got infected bcs of not wearing head cover in the swimming pool? Do you think that infection of a person is spread only from head part? How about the rest open parts of the body? Guys cancel this nonsense rule. BTW, make a family breakfast (cheaper) option or longer stay breakfast (cheaper) option. You don't have it. You are charging the same price for adults and family like mine where we had 4 kids and just two parents. Adults and kids cannot be charged the same breakfast price.

Free room upgrade is always nice. And the outdoor pool is really nice. Also the location really works - next to metro and only 3 stops away from one of the biggest malls in Istanbul. But still has many local grocery shops and restaurants close by, so don't always need to take a metro away even. And the room, it was really nice - was able to get a proper sleep and relaxation here.

There is a washing machine in the room, but no laundry detergent. That is kind of strange, I am used to having one small amount - enough for one round of laundry if apartment hotels - and this is almost like one. It wouldn't cost them much to have that. Also there was no comb, toothbrush or many other things in the bathroom, just selection of soaps, shampoos and some vanity kit.

Super friendly , supprtive staff .. thansk to mr Ensar and all team members. All our requests, updates was done super easy. Location is super just beside metro m4 and surrounding alot of supermarket and resturant

Although building from 2015 , but I belive need reinnovation & retouch..especially fridge for long stay is not much
