Hotel was nice and simple. I had a massive room with a double bed and spacious bathroom. I had to check in around 4am in the morning and having a 24h check in desk worked out for me as I was travelling from a different country and my eta wasn’t known however nice and quick check in sorted me out. Thank you for the night shift receptionist.

The property advertised as a free parking but you can only park like 10 cars in total as their car park in the bottom had been rent out to car detail company. This literally wasn’t good for me as each night I couldn’t park my car outside of the hotel and my main reason of choosing this hotel was Parking. Can’t park opposite to hotel, can’t park in front of hotel, can’t park can’t park blah blah blah. This was the only down bit for me.

This is the second time we visit the hotel. The first one was when the hotel bore another name. We loved it and decided to stay here again. It met our expectations. The staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. The apartmet is larrge and with all conviniences someone may need. It has a kitchenette with microwave and a a hot water jug, but if you would like to eat, you have to carry your own plates and etc., or to use the plastic ones ,offered with "take-away" food. Everything is clean and tidy. And there's a parking place for the car, which is quite rare in Istanbul.

There's one thing that surprised us. It was BB offer that we paid. There was a breakfast but it didn't met our expectations. We know that there's a set menu when there are small number of guests but usually, at such situation, we were served a tray with the typical Turkish breakfast: bread, some kind of vegetable, few olives, a small packet of butter and jam, a small piece of cheese and a boiled egg. Nothing more but enough for everyone to find what to eat. We were extremely surprised to find some kind of sandwich : a loaf of bread with salami and cheese. I think the hotel is great without a breakfast too. But , may be, it's better for the guests to be informed about the type of the breakfast in order to decide for themselves if it suits them. Everything else is great.

The location of the hotel is best. Very close to Metro. Comfortable room.

Well it was my second time that I stayed here but this time was not satisfactory. I was not expecting such a treatment. The receptionist took almost 35 minutes to check in . Besides that they gave me a disablepersons room which I feel bad. The rainshower was hanging like souvenir without water connection. The shower head hook was broken too.

Hotel has very good location. There are food stores and restaurants. And metro station in just 5-10 minutes of walk. Hotel personal was pleasant.

The bed linen did not look very clean. There was a safe in the room, but it was locked and could not be used. We were offered to unblock it, but to do this we had to wait in the apartment for an unspecified time, and we didn’t have time for that. I would like such issues to be resolved before the guests arrive.

very spacious room for family suite. they gave a lot of water everyday which is really good. all of the staffs are friendly and helpful. They have a really unique way of preventing food waste. They taught us that actually not taking too much food is enough. At first we were quite annoyed of how they looked like they try to ration the foods but after more than 2 days we understand that it is actually for the best.

The eating space is quite small. Sometimes we have to wait for other people to finish eating before we could get a table.

The staff is very nice. The Hotel overall based on the price is suitable.

When arrive before 14:00 PM the receptionist insist to checking in at 14:00 PM exacactly, then I wait in lobby up to 14:00 PM. The TV in the room not working but the receptionist informed that he can change the room. The hotel is very far from downtown and you need to take many transportation facilities in order to reach downtown. There is no service near from hotel like restaurants, Groceries...etc.

Large rooms, metro 2-3 minutes on foot. The accommodation is located on the Asian side of Istanbul. By metro, the center is about half an hour to three quarters of an hour. There is a very good sandwich shop about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation.

Clean room and very well placed by the Metro between the City and the airport for ease of arrival and also to get into the city and ferries from the end of the Metro line it's on.

We got upgraded for free to a suite which was amazing! The room was really big and nice. There was also a Kettle and refrigerator. Location close to metro stop Huzurevi.

The receptionist didn't speak any English and didn't really make us feel welcome at first.

-the windows were OLD, ALUMINUM joinery with double glazing. The room was large, as if it had 4 windows that opened. None of them closed tightly, so there was a current on the floor and there was noise from outside. -the walls were hit here and there, somewhere there was a hole -large distance from the center. You have to change 2 means of transport to get to the area of ​​the big bazaar
