Although I found everything to be okay, I had reserved a room without breakfast. However, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel for the first time. We went to the breakfast salon, sat down, and started eating. In the middle of our meal, the restaurant manager approached us and asked for our room number. After a few minutes, he returned and informed us that our booking did not include breakfast and that we now had to pay for it. I believe he should have asked us either at the end of our meal or at the reception during check-out. The situation created unnecessary stress between enjoying breakfast and having to handle payment, which was not a comfortable experience for a five-star hotel. Overall, the hotel was very nice, beautiful, and comfortable. The porter who assisted us with our baggage during check-out today spoke English perfectly. However, some of the reception staff during our check-in were not able to communicate well in English. I believe the hotel should consider improving the language skills of their reception staff. Mr Ensaar was also very professional .

Very comfortable room with amazing view. Excellent house keeping + dry cleaning services. Pool areas, gym, sauna and steam room were nicely kept and we enjoyed them. Very versatile breakfast buffet: surely smtg for every diet! Helpful staff were always very accomodating 24h :) Metro entrance was literally outside of the hotel (and there is a direct metro line from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW) also, althought we used the taxi). Would definitely stay again :)

I booked 9 days here but only stayed in for about t 2 nights staff helped with bags and even walked me to my room when I wasn't feeling to well (undergoing surgery) without a frown. Nice services in the room washing machine , sink, fridge, microwave Hotel itself is stunning with spa and other services Big smiles from arrival to departure Thanks

These are not big issues, but would have made the experience perfect I only slept there for a few hours on the first night and returned after 7 days (undergoing massive surgery) Toilet rolls were not replaced Upon arrival I ordered food on room service They didn't take the dishes next day. Oh also tv was not smart tv, or there was no option to connect our mobiles to tv, I was very bored after my surgery just laying there and no good tv service sadly that was depressing

It was very spacious, I got a room with the living room and bedroom apart from each other instead of a studio setting. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast had a lot of options. I got a room on a non smoking floor, I loved that concept! I hate the smell of smoking etc.

If you wanted to use the washing machine you had to buy the stuff to put ij the washing machine by yourself. I was only there for one day, so I was not going to buy a whole new packet of washing supplies. My wifi also wasn’t working sadly.

Very close to the metro station. Parking available. Near restaurants and espresso lab. Near some of the good asian side malls. Special thanks to Miss güzel and Miss Ece for cooperation. I was travelling with my newborn and had a late departure time, so I requested a late check-out, and they kindly accepted and let us stay till 3 pmmy room had 2 air-conditioning systems, one for the bedroom and one for the main entrance.

All was good. Personally, I preferred sick people or those who recently had operations or surgery be at the hospital and not in the breakfast area. I suggest to the hotel management to send breakfast package for this kind of guests to their room.

Friendly staff, helpful. I was there for medical reasons and I liked that lots of other guests where also so I didn’t feel alienated

Hair salon wasn’t operating, would be good to have a fridge freezer rather than just fridge as I needed to go downstairs every hour for ice

It was very comfortable place, with good accommodation and pleasant staff. Good location!

Restaurant “Element” took from us more than 4000 for 1 green salad, 1 köfte, 2 glasses of wine and profitrol😂😡… we r little eating My husband forgot glasses to check and was too tired…When I knew it, I was in shock 😘

I was 10 minutes late for breakfast on a weekend and i wasn’t allowed to have it. Was expecting them to be abit flexible

The location, breakfast, available facilities, near by stores and restaurants. I was upgraded for free to a suite and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
