The location of the hotel is superb. You're 1 minute away from the lake, astonishing view, a beautiful park where locals go for a picnic and for a walk in nature, a lot of restaurants (great traditional food and happy vibes), the streets are clean, the neighbourhood quiet and very safe. Yet, you're close to transport and there is convenient parking right in front of the hotel if you're driving. The hotel is brand new. The lobby is stylish, you're greeted by smiling staff and it feels like home. The rooms are brand new, you have access to everything you might need. They are modern, warm, cozy and with great views. Comfortable beds and very quiet rooms. Well isolated. The air conditioning works flawlessly, no extra sounds. Instant warm water, comfortable shower. The materials used are of high quality. Multiple choices for lighting in the room makes it easy to fit your mood. Definitely the highest possible value for money. Afshin welcomed us to the hotel and he has been a pleasure to have a conversation with and to build a friendship with. He has helped us navigating us to the best local restaurants and giving us tips regarding our stay in Istanbul, making sure to spend time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Truly a professional, intelligent and a good human being. Always there if you need him, with a smile on his face and a positive, friendly demeanor. The food has been fantastic. You get the feeling of home. It's tasty and a lot of it. All the staff has been tremendous in making our stay as perfect as it was. To summarize - this hotel allows you to recharge your batteries and comfortably call it your home while you're in Istanbul. The city is chaotic and it can be exhausting, so the best feeling you get is when you know that you will be going back to Ezkar at the end of day and you will be feeling like you're at home. There is absolutely nothing you can dislike in this hotel at the moment.

My family and I very like this lakeside hotel. The hotel is completely new. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. We live in Istanbul and come here on weekends to walk in the park by the lake and take a break from our daily routine. This time, we booked a large studio with a lake view. We were a bit worried that the room might be cold because of its large size and big windows. The weather that day was cold and rainy. However, the air conditioning system warmed up the spacious room in just 10 minutes and all the time it was very comfortable to stay. We also really liked the new, bright TV – the picture quality was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. We had a great time and will definitely come back again!

One of the best few hotels in Istanbul. As the stay was absolutely wonderful and matched with my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and real as in the hotel posted photos. Towels smelled good and shower consumables are on quality. All furniture found working and in new shape. WiFi was really good compared to many other hotels in Istanbul. The staff was incredibly friendly and make us feel right at home. (Thanks to Afsir and Mustafa and everyone of the hotel staff and management) Hotel location is good with few steps from the lake side walk. The breakfast was delicious with enough options to choose from. I would highly recommend this place

I stayed at Ezkar Hotel for 4 nights during my trip to Istanbul, and I had a very positive experience. The hotel is well located, close to major historical sites like Sultanahmet, the Egyptian Bazaar, and the Eminönü tram station, which makes getting around very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the peace and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The breakfast was varied and generous, with a nice view from the dining area. It was a great way to start the day with a rich Turkish buffet. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value and a central location to explore Istanbul by public transport.

All the staff were extremely polite, helpful always offering and suggesting us places and giving us all the information necessary without having to ask, the layout the cleanliness is perfect the rooms the space for me I’d stay there every time no doubt and would highly Reccomend the hotel

A brand-new hotel on the lakeshore, with spacious rooms and caring staff. The hotel features a modern style, high-quality renovations, new rooms, and very reasonable prices. We live in a neighboring area and came here with the family to relax by the lake and stroll in the park. The breakfast seemed very generous to us. The hotel staff was very kind, and we were pleasantly surprised that some of them spoke Russian. We will definitely return here in the future.

If your visit to Istanbul is not the 1st and last, if you want to have a peaceful time without crowds of tourists, you should stay in this hotel. New hotel, large rooms with lake view. Very nice Turkish breakfast included with Turkish coffee. Helpful and kind staff, Halid at reception desk is very customer oriented.

Brand new hotel finished to a high spec. Rooms were comfortable and had everything you would expect from a modern hotel. View across the lake is beautiful.

We had come from the centre of Istanbul so the area seemed quiet. 30 minute taxi ride back into the centre so do your research on the area before visiting.

Great room, the hotel in general was very clean and nice. Also very quiet. The breakfast isn’t a buffet they serve to your table, but overall good. The view is also very nice.

Limited parking areas you have to park in the street where the hotel is located no designated parking areas.

The staff are very nice. One of them spoke Russian and helped us to order food. There is a park nearby (but a lot of dogs there) and most importantly the hotel is brand new and is located near the seaside.

At that time couldn't order dinner from their kitchen. I guess because it was brand new hotel
