It was good value for money. Breakfast was great. The hotel is three star but the staffs are five stars! They were really helpful from the beginning to the end! Public transportation is really close.

Some parts needs renovations, especially bathroom. Another issue is, they must not allow to smoke in the rooms.

Location is good, near to metro. Staff is very polite and cooperative, lady in kitchen was very nice.

House keeping should be improved, wash rooms need to be maintained, minimum one dust bin in room or at every floor, need to change some breakfast menu.

Hotel location is good, BIM grocery store near, transportation, walking distance to park, beach area, good activity for kids, lots of activity in park, hotel staff speak English specially Mr. Emre (Manager) he is very nice person, hava a pleasant stay 🙂

The staff is extremely polite and very friendly they are always available to help you,the place is pleasent and quite,the hotel is near public transportation,the breakfast is very good,me and my family enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Nothing every thing is perfect

The staff were super nice and very helpful the rooms were clean the breakfast was so fresh and tasteful It’s really close to the lake (walking distance) also the bus station is really close

The wifi is really bad and the family Rome (1 queen size and 1 single bed) is really small

Supermarket,restaurants,transport services all close by the hotel. Sea of marmara(had a nice swim) next to a nice park for a family day out. Luna park rides by the sea, kids and adult can ride. All a walking distance from the hotel Almost forgot the breakfast,it was awesome. Both ladies and the gentleman at the restaurant were nice.whatever u need they did their atmost best to serve you..

The reception staff are very helpful.

The room was noisy because below the door there was a gap which allowed sound to enter the room from outside.

Hotel is far from center 30 min (in crowd time it may take 90 min)

Staff was very cooperative and helpful. it is located near a beach, we have walked to the beach. lovely breakfast. overall excellent services.

room size was small for a family of four. but it was alright once the staff made some adjustments.
