- Overall quality of the building as it was not outdated everything was new and fancy. - The staff were super friendly and outgoing and spoke well considering language barriers. - Their services like breakfast and swimming pool were all of very good quality and enjoyable. - Room service, new towels and essentials everyday. - Location, bakirköy is a very safe and friendly place which is perfect to stay in. - best experience was seeing the cute cats that they take care of :)

- Misconception of price, i booked without knowing that the price differs according to how many people are staying in the hotel room, not the room itself. I think it’s something that should be mentioned when booking online.

The car was lowered by elevator into the underground parking lot, which has about 10 spaces. The valets are attentive and polite. The entire hotel is very clean, the housekeeping ladies are very hardworking and nice. Towels are changed daily, with a pleasant fragrance. The 35 sqm double room has a double bed, a single bed, and two armchairs, all very comfortable. The spacious restaurant offers a variety of tasty breakfast dishes, fruits, and natural juices, with friendly and smiling staff, comfortable sofas, and chairs. There is a dry sauna and a steam sauna, roomy, with pleasant aromas; a hot jacuzzi, a medium-sized swimming pool with a constant depth of 1.40m, and a few sun loungers with mattresses. The fitness room is quite large, with many machines, and locker rooms with showers. There are two elevators for tourists, each with a capacity of 10 people. We used the train to travel to the historic center, a ticket costs 1 euro with Istanbul Karti; both stations are a 15-minute walk away, and the train journey takes 10-15 minutes. Very few meat products for breakfast. No background music in dry sauna. I do not recommend the buses due to the rather heavy car traffic.

I almost liked everything about the hotel, location is excellent, everything is near, restaurants, cafes and easy to go anywhere since it is close to the main road ( I rented a car) Resturant and food was very good and to all tastes, even the team accommodate to our personal request with smile Facilities like swimming pool was good and I appreciate the fact that I was able to teach my kid how to swim there I want to thank everyone, they made us feel like home not just a hotel like murat, savaş, guller and selinar. The room was good comparing to the price and met what we needed. I liked the availability of the parking in the hotel, which was a major key to stay in the hotel.

The only comment I have is related to first time someone check in the hotel especially if you rented a car, it is very easy to reach the hotel if you follow google map, the problem, since you are unaware of the fact you need to leave the car in the garage entrance in the side was a little bit of an issue when we arrive, I recommend to put some photo in the web and some instructions about this, such as leave the car and the team will park the car so you can check in.

The hotel is situated at the heart of Bakirkoy, local to many restaurants cafes boutiques and touristic attractions. The staff at the hotel are always very helpful and friendly, we had a slight issue with the room being offered to us which was rectified immediately and we were based in a room overlooking Bakirkoy high street which was beautiful. The 24/7 operating bar was also a bonus factor, the gentlemen working in the bar area called Ekin was brilliant and always made us happy and feel welcomed with his level of service, care and respect. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and always highly recommend it to everyone that asks for a hotel in Istanbul.

A nice room – we were given a welcome gift upon check-in. Daily cleaning service. Excellent spa facilities (pool, hot jacuzzi, and two saunas – open every day except Monday, but a swim cap is required for the pool). Great breakfasts.

There were issues with the Wi-Fi: it could disconnect at night and would only start working again after logging into the system or restarting the phone. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from the city center (but the Marmaray line is 10 minutes away, or you can call a taxi).

I must say it was a fantastic experience. The location was absolutely perfect, with convenient access to all the attractions and amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It offers a great location, comfortable beds, spotless cleanliness, and a staff that is both friendly and helpful. It made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable.

Everything was perfect!

We had a very good stay. The hotel has a good location. Rooms were big, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also very spacey and clean. Breakfast was exceptional. There is a good SPA with hamam (no massage offered), steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool and fitness.

the design of the rooms could be modernised, but they are comfy and big

The place is great, it is an old hotel but renewed in a very beautiful way, The room has a big space , the interior and colours are beautiful. People are so kind they make very nice compliments for us when they knew we have an occasion. The location can never be better , calm at night and the street is close to many stations. Variety in shops and food The breakfast is outstanding.

The sheets weren't clean , they changed it later. The gym is old You must have a swimming cap to use the pool Bad smell in Turkish bath

The staff is very helpful especially Mr Korhan he assisted to solve the problems of changed rooms he do his best to solve it as quick as possible also as I noted Mr. Yosef he do his job very well with all customs...location also is good the hotel beside amain street where you can find every thing you like ... but I advise not to take the room on main St. As it's noisy especially at night...public transport is available nearby the hotel ..... breakfast is normal it's not of top quality.

Daily cleaning isn't perfect you have to tell the old lady every time and repeatly to do her job.

Staff were nice and helpful. Everything was clean. Housekeeping staff were very nice. Reception staff were good as well very quickly accommodated requests Location is good, lots of shops, different kinds of restraunts around, away from heavy istanbul traffic. But close enough to get to the busy bits with relative ease. one of the better chains running in Bakirkoy too, and it's competing okay on price even with lower end hotels.
