The hotel is in a great locaation, close to many restaurants and shops and also the meetro stop is 5 minutes walking if you want to go to the historical downtown. It´s good for the price.

The breakfast could be better. There were little options to choose from the buffet.

The spa facilities made the stay great value for money and the reception staff are lovely. In an area full of shops, restaurants and anything you might need.

The staff at this hotel was truly one of the best parts of our stay. While we encountered several issues during our visit, including discrepancies between what was advertised on Booking.com and what we actually received, as well as a hotel-wide water outage and an unpleasant sewage smell in our room, the way the staff handled these problems was outstanding. Despite these setbacks, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They promptly addressed every issue, even going so far as to change our room twice, ultimately providing us with one of the best experiences I've had in Istanbul. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is something I haven’t often encountered in the city, even at other four-star hotels. A special shoutout to Bahar, one of the cleaners. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made a real difference during our stay. While there were some challenges, I would definitely consider returning to this hotel, primarily because of the exceptional service provided by the staff. It’s rare to find such dedication, and they turned what could have been a disappointing stay into a memorable one. Thank you again to the entire team!

The breakfast was quite underwhelming, especially for a hotel in this price range. I expected a higher quality and wider variety of options, but unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. Honestly, it was better to explore local cafes and restaurants nearby for a more satisfying meal. Another downside was that what was advertised on Booking.com didn't entirely match what we received. This seems to be a common issue in Istanbul, but it was still disappointing, considering the cost of the stay. However, I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff was. Despite these setbacks, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction, which really made up for the shortcomings.

Most of all we liked the staff team, they were very plesant and always ready to help. Especially memorable was Efe, friendly and positive. The location was just as great, if you want to experience the real Istanbul you should choose this place. Nearby there is a currency exchange with a favorable rate, cafes, stores and a metro station are within walking distance.

Sometimes it was noisy at night, with loud sounds of conversations coming from neighboring rooms.

The manager and the team were second to none. I had an issue with my wheelchair access as it is a new hotel (less than a month) & the staff went a mile to left me with my wheelchair with a smile . They even went on a further step in uprgading me to a bigger & nice room. The location of the hotel is faultless , a stone throw to resturants & shops & to my suprise a big shopping mall is only 450 meters from the hotel.Thankk uou huda, Maya & to top them all the genuinely wonderful Manager of the hotel . I take my hat off to the owner of the hotel who spared his bussy time to chat to me.
