the location was great for us as we were meeting friends and second suit hotel was only 200mtrs from their hotel also a bonus it is only 240mtrs from the station.

their was two issues one very minor the other I temporarily remedied while we were their 1/ the cover plate on the flusher button came off the first time I fushed the toilet. still able to flush the toilet so no issue. 2/ the air-conditioner base unit outside our window made a hell of a noice when it was on and this could have been a major issue, but I found if I tied one of my boot laces to the mesh of the unit and pull it a bit and locked the lace in the window it would stop the vibration and noise. but all in all a great place to stay and if we come back we'll book second suit for sure.

I do recommend this place 👌 so clean, cozy and comfortable, very helpful and nice staff and the best place to move around the city ❤️

This is the sister hotel of siesta and the staff in both hotels are exceptional people and they go above and beyond in providing the best service.

This is a smoker friendly hotel, my room had a very strong cigarette smell along with a gutter smell. Could be because they were doing construction while I was there and is probably resolved now.

The location is exceptionally great, it’s a steps away from the metro station and steps away to the mall, also around 5 mins walk to the Bakirkoy Center where there multiple shops as well! The staff are very welcoming and helpful and they don’t make you feel you are a guest but also as someone who owns the place or lived there for a very long time! They are only there for you if you need them to be! The room is as expected and I advise you take the room with the jacuzzi! You won’t regret it

The staff was really helpful and friendly! The room was clean, the room service was good. My friend got a room with a jacuzzi which was really fun!

The cigarettes smell coming from ventilation but I guess all rooms are permitted to smoke so nothing you can do about it. Cleaning lady sometimes forgot to provide all types of towels, so we exchanged some with my friends who also stayed there😀

Amazingggg stay, room was super clean, daily cleaning, the reception man was super amazing he was super nice, he let me checkout 2-3 hours late from when i was supposed to leave. Hotel is close to everythingggg, all stores and cafes and restaurants are around, 1 min walk from the train station. It was super goodd

Very friendly staff - the first gentleman who greeted us at the desk was really helpful and informative throughout our stay. Room was very modern and exceptionally clean. Location was fabulous. So easy to access the train and move across the city.

The jacuzzi bath was the favourite part of our stay. We had a really good stay we arrived really late and I realised I had forgotten my plug adapter to charge my phone and the man on reception borrowed me his charger. Nothing was a problem for the staff and our room was cleaned daily. We would deffo return. Thank you

The room decor was amazing… very nicely decorated and modernly furnished, so lovely and clean which is important. Location of the hotel is great, you have loads of shops and restaurants just minutes away so you will never get bored! Staff were so polite and helpful when we needed assistance, great advice on what to do locally or where to visit.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. I didn't like my room and They upgraded my room to best room they had for free. And also everything I asked they answered fast and did the best.

The rooms was a little small but for who traveling for work is enough and also very clean.
