This is my second stay here and I love the place. Everyone is so professional and do their best to make the guests happy. The hotel is super clean. Breakfast buffet is fresh and has good options with coffee machine. Loved their bakery and fresh fruits. Ms Sibel in the reception is true professional and speaks excellent English. The cleaning staff are very nice especially Ms Adina who made sure we had everything we needed. The location for us was good as we’re visiting relatives in the area. There are 2 shopping malls nearby and a busy Bakirkoy square. Beds are comfortable and sea view from room 303 was amazing. The place is quite at night.

Special thanks to Manager Serkan. The best manager! Very responsive and attentive! Any question I had was solved right away! We will definitely return to this hotel again!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well-prepared when I arrived. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable. Overall, I was satisfied with the cleanliness, room quality, and service.

Thank you very much I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The service is excellent and professional. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fresh with good variety. I loved the fresh turkish bakery. There are 2 malls a walking distance and also Bakirkoy square with lots of shops and restaurants. Also the marina is nearby across the road and Bakirkoy sahil park. The place is quite and you can get a good night sleep.

We really enjoyed the spa. The employees were very nice and accommodating, especially Ferhat and Sibel,which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The front desk manager was also very supportive. Nurthem also had good conversation on the terrace bar. The room cleaning was excellent and neat. Breakfast was enjoyable and they tried to ensure you were completely satisfied with your meal.

The jacuzzi was not on the whole of our stay and when it was it was broken, which was a little upsetting. Also the poster in the elevator said the spa opened at 10 when it really opened at 11, which was a little frustrating.

For me personally, it was a problem to be placed in a room by the road. It was very noisy and impossible to sleep. At my request, I was moved to a room with a view of the inner courtyard. Breakfast can be made more varied

Amazing hotel! I came to Istanbul for surgery and this hotel is so perfect, so clean and beautiful and comfortable with amazing location. Close to the main hospital, busy streets, food, and shopping as well as metro. It has been so wonderful that I extended my stay by two days. I highly recommend for couples, family, friends, and travelers traveling for surgery.
