Overall, we enjoyed our short stay, we arrived very early in the hotel and our room was ready for us to check in. we were also upgraded to a better room. Elroy (i hope that is the correct spelling) at the reception was very helpful upon our arrival as he gave us a lot of tips and info which helped with exploring Istanbul. He was the only one who could speak English well. thank you, Elroy, :) We received plate of fresh fruit, which was a very nice surprise after long, tiring day of sightseeing.

Communication with the staff was bit difficult, English-speaking staff limited. We could not get much info regarding different options how to get to the airport. the only way to get to the airport was with the Taxi which can be pricey for some travellers. There is a bus which goes to the airport, but it is about 20 min walk from the hotel which can be difficult if one has a lot of luggage.

This was an excellent choice! I have been visiting Istanbul for many years and have been satisfied with many hotels, but this time the experience exceeded all my expectations! The area is just great - a lot of parks along the sea, bars, restaurants , two malls just a cross the street, clean and safe. Perfect cleanliness, spacious rooms with most comfortable beds and pillows, varied and abundant breakfast, the panoramic elevators with a view became my favorite! From the check-in - with a smile and respect - to the check out - we received constant readiness for help and assistance. The staff speaks excellent English, they are all extremely kind-hearted and dedicated to their work down to the smallest detail! I personally thank each of them who responded to every request and question! Hatice from the front desk - this lady is a pure treasure, I hope to see her again. I wish success and many more satisfied customers to this wonderful team - the bar supervisor, the hotel's F&B manager, the waiters in the restaurant, all the bellhops and of course the housekeeping department - you rock!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The elevators were a highlight, as they were transparent, offering a wonderful view of Istanbul as you ascended. The hotel’s location is also ideal, with two large shopping centers just a two-minute walk away. Additionally, there are several nearby shops offering high-quality clothing at reasonable prices. I also had a relaxing experience at the spa and indoor swimming pool. While swimming on the rooftop, I was able to appreciate beautiful bird imagery and other captivating artwork, creating a truly romantic atmosphere. The food was exceptional, and I highly recommend trying the Special Pizza at the hotel restaurant—it's one of the best I've ever had. I had a truly restful sleep during my stay. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable, and the room was beautifully designed with a romantic touch. Additionally, the room offered excellent amenities, catering both to those traveling for work and those seeking leisure. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Front desk staff speak fluent English and are helpful. My hotel room was clean and very quiet, despite the busy road by which the hotel is situated. The area is safe and tourist-friendly, with a bus stop right next to the hotel and a train station nearby, some shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Impressive lobby, but in my room some of the furnishings were a bit old and wobbly. Wifi access required inputting my passport number as password and had to be reconnected every other day.

Attentive and sociable staff at the reception. Thanks for their kind hospitality. The hotel situated in a good district, yes it’s quite far from the centre of the Istanbul, but you have got everything near: Malls, restaurants, parks. It’s really a good alternative, especially if you want to take a rest from the noisy centre of Istanbul city. And of cause perfect sea views)

The breakfast. It’s ok, but I have not found porridge, my kids asked for. Please kindly add it, it’s a good choice who travelled with young kids). The swimming pool, I was surprised when the meeting guy there told me, that we need to use a swimming cap…No information about this on web site or before at the reception desk.

The buffet is the most incredible spread of both Turkish and Western European food. Its the biggest selling point of the place. We stayed here 2 nights for free as part of the Turkish Airlines “free stopover”. The rooms were clean and were fine.

It is much further away from the sites in the city center than I realized so you can either spend nearly 1 hour trying to navigate public transportation (walk to train station, take train, then a bus) to get into Istanbul, or take a 30-minute taxi.

Highly recommend this hotel. I came to Istanbul for a rhinoplasty and I think this is one of the best hotels you can stay at if you come for a surgery because of its high quality services. Our room was always perfectly cleaned and the housekeeper changed our bedsheets every day. The staff provided me with an ice every hour which helped me a lot with the bruising and swelling. I really appreciate their support and efforts for making my healing process a lot easier. The location of the hotel is also great. There are two big malls nearby and a lot of restaurants. Prices at the hotel’s restaurant are also reasonable and the food was delicious, but the menu can be improved to contain more choices. The staff is really nice and friendly.

The only person that wasn’t smiley to us was Robert at the reception desk which also mistakenly gave us different room than the booked. After complaining the other staff quickly fixed the problem by changing our room.

Great customer service especially from mehmet ali and erol, well furnished rooms and excellent location if you know istanbul and aren't looking to stay directly in the historic centre.

Would suggest more variety at breakfast e.g baked beans. Swimming temperature should be increased from 26 degrees to make it more comfortable for children.

Excellent hotel and the entire staff (from front desk to porters) were professional and friendly. Made our stay a pleasant welcome. The surprise complimentary fruit basket definitely put a smile to our faces! Thank you

Wish we could have stayed longer so that we can enjoy all of the hotel amenities but alas we had to leave the beautiful city of Istanbul. We will definitely be coming back to stay with them.

Stayed her last year and once again recently. We called the reception before arriving around 11 am in the morning to request early check in but before we could request, the staff confirmed that our room is ready and we can arrive any time. On arrival we met respectful and lovely girl at the reception (I think Selena?) she said that our room has been upgraded to even a better one (Although I booked a king room). It was a double room with great Marmara sea views at level 10. Room was spacious and very clean. We had fresh fruits in the room (free!!) and free water bottles every day. Bathroom was clean, towels were changed every day and a large jacuzzi bath tub. Breakfast was very nice and lots of options every day. The area where breakfast is served is has amazing views of the city and sea. Location of this hotel is great. There are two shopping malls less than 5 minutes walk away and plenty of restaurants nearby within a radius of 10-15 minutes. Love this place and stay.
