as a frequent traveler to Istanbul this stay was the most amazing and will be the unforgettable one, a special thanks to Hande Özdemir from guest experience team who did an amazing job to make this unforgettable experience with my 10th anniversary from the moment we booked until we left the hotel, we would like to thank her for all the extra services, care and follow up she provided to delight us. for Istanbul I usually stay in Intercontinental hotel in Taksim, but this has became my new favorite hotel, the location in Atakoy in front of the sea is amazing the quietness and peace in the area is great and the view is fabulous, having the market area nearby right across the street of the hotel is also a huge plus. The food is great and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, everything was delicious and perfect. The staff are amazing, a very friendly staff, everyone would like to help with a beautiful smile on their faces. as a manager who worked 15 years in airline and aviation and know about hospitality and tourism standards and as frequent traveler who went to many hotels in different countries to compare I really recommend Sheraton Atakoy Hotel, the service and quality they provide you for the decent prices range you pay for is a great deal, 10/10 experience. it is a temporary small issue that is not controlled by the hotel, but the constructions nearby is a little bit annoying when moving in and out the hotel.

We had a wonderful long stay at the Sheraton Atakoy. The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the M3 metro stop, restaurants and a Migros. The views from the room were amazing, we were rained in on one of the days but enjoyed staying in our room with the amazing sea views! The breakfast is extensive, with a live egg station. I had gluten allergy and the staff catered to me perfectly. The staff are very attentive and friendly especially Hande and Sunduz, my 3 year old built a special bond with them and was happy throughout our stay. I am giving an extra rating just for the staff and their politeness.

The room cleaning efforts could improve a little, kettle were not cleaned and many times few essential items would be missing. Also if you happened to stay in the rooms during the housekeeping, the staff won't leave without a tip, which felt forced and weird! The nearby mall was closed for renovation so don't rely on google maps. The inhouse restaurant's menu was limited.

Hotel is very good. A bit far from the old city, but it’s very lovely seaside walking area near. Hotel provided to us a room higher level - it was awesome a big room with sea view, cleaning was every day. A very lovely pleasant guest manager Ipek Gunduz makes our staying comfortable, she was worried about our comfort stay and do all the best from her side to satisfy all our requests. Food at restaurant is delicious and a very lovely chill place to spend time. Breakfast is very good - lots of variety to eat.

At indoor swimming pool is required to wear head caps, that was surprising me. So we could use only jacuzzi without cap.

The staff were extremely friendly. They all looked after my Parents like thier own Parents and make them will at home. We had beautiful time and created wonderful memory. Breakfast, Spa, Steam, Sauna, Room facilities were excellent. Special thanks to Erding for extending our check out time till 2pm insted of 12pm which helped my Parents to rest as our Taxi was going to come at 2.30pm. I want to specially thank Ilyoda, Erding, Ipek and Ela for their support duirng our stay. They all made us felt special and we felt very safe throughout our stay at the hotel. The main hightlight of our stay was their Super Breakfast. It had lot of vegetarian choices and we were all spoilt by their breakfast. Another thing I liked is the use of Steam, Sauna, Hamam and Indoor Pool competely free. You only pay for the massage service which we did as it turned out be much cheaper than doing Hamam at any other place in Istanbul as steam, sauna is already included in the price of the room. So we only paid for the Massage. I did Bali Masaage and it was simply the best.

The check-in process was very slow. We had to wait for almost 30min and reception was not at all busy. We were the only guests dong checkin at 3.30pm. They didn't used the scanning machine to scan our passports. They were typing all details manually for all 8 of us which took more time. They should requested in advance to provide passports details and I would have happily sent scanned passport details by email. But its not a big deal as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will stay at Sheraton again if I ever visit Istanbul. I just want to mention this because I want Sheraton Hotel to be the best.

The location was good. The view was amazing. The facilities were good. The staff were friendly and ready to help, especially from the guest relations desk, they would follow up and call and ask if they can help with anything. Thank you to all, including Sectac, as I can not recall all names.

I didn't like the hours of housekeeping, maybe it would be better they adjusted the housekeeping hours to accommodate the guests. Sometimes my request was forgotten or it would take way longer than usual to get something, other times it was fast service.

First, I should say it was not our first visit of Istanbul and we had stayed in different tourist areas in Istanbul in our past trips, but this time it was really different and we enjoyed a lot. If you are looking for a hotel with highest value comparing to the price, definitely this could be your choice. Our experience of staying at this hotel was beyond our expectation. Pretty spacious room, comfy bed, and the stunning view from our room to the sea as well as the marina with its yachts made our stay one of the most memorable and enjoyable trips to Istanbul. The breakfast and pool were good. You have only few steps from hotel to Metro station. Also, there is a big super market (MMM Migros) in 3-4min walk from hotel. There are lots of high-rated restaurants and cafés around the hotel. There is a nice costal park nearby to walk along sea and enjoy the view. Apart from all above, one of the most highlighted advantages of Sheraton Istanbul Atakoy Hotel which makes it different from the other same level hotels definitely is Ms. Hande, the most attentive and responsible customer manager you might have ever seen, the nice lady who pays attention to every single request of the guests. If I were the hotel owner I would give highest value to her as she herself alonely could be the best advertisement for this hotel.

The only weak point was that some of the furniture like curtain, abatjour, and sofa were a bit old and overused and need to be renewed. Fortunately it was not important to us because the main items like bathroom, toilet, bed, mattress, blankets, and pillows all were new and really in best conditions.

We had an incredible experience at Sheraton Ataköy. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff, especially Mr Sertac, made us feel welcome with their warm and professional service. They were always helpful and made everything smooth and easy. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is modern, bright, and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere. One of the highlights was Kapalia Restaurant—the food was exceptional! Every meal was fresh and delicious, and the service was top-notch. Overall, everything about our stay was perfect. The staff truly go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. We would definitely return and highly recommend it!

Everything is amazing, nothing to complain about.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel and was very pleasant. We were met with the guest relations manger, her name was Hande she was very nice and made us feel very comfortable. We had a slight issue with our rooms and she was very helpful and offered us a free buffet at their roof top lounge or a bigger suite. The hotel needs more people like Hande, she was great, overall staff were nice but they need to smile and greet the customers a bit more. The location is a little far from the main attraction of Istanbul and the nearest shopping centre ( Galleria) was derelict and closed . Overall a nice place , could do with cleaning up the glass at the front and ceiling . When we stayed one of main restaurants was closed, but the other outdoor restaurant was great and chef went out his way to cook us a special meal. I would recommend the Thai massage, the ladies doing the massage were very professional, the prices were a little expensive but overall worth the money.
