The hotel was great. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the price/performance was very reasonable. The location of the hotel is great. All means of transportation are right next to you, very central, shopping malls, stores, restaurants, cafes, everything is available around. Everything I was looking for is in this hotel. It definitely deserves 5 stars. Thank you Zeugma Family. I will definitely come again.

The staff were nice, especially the guy that wears sunglasses (forgot his name), they are very helpful and kind, also the hotel is located in the best place of the city in my opinion. I like bakirkoy alot.

Some of The towels were dirty, the toilet was dirty, even a used toilet paper were wtill in the toilet basket, horrible cleaning!

Everything is beautiful in the photo, but the reality is different. The staff is polite, but I paid for the general service. Everything that is written on the site is not in reality. There is no safe. No soundproofing, you can hear everything in the room. The jacuzzi was dirty. The towel is not white, but already yellow in color. They did not put toilet paper. Damp, unpleasant smell and dirty in the toilet. I put a photo as proof.

The experience is not at all satisfactory.

The room's roof started leaking heavily, the leaking water came on the bed and belongings. The guy in charge did not pay attention to find alternative room for me, rather he was busy figuring out the reason of the leak. Room service is too late. All in all I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience. The hotel was not clean, which was a significant concern.The room smells like a cigarete. Additionally, the air conditioning in the reception area was not turned on, making the environment uncomfortable. The check-in process was extremely slow, taking 30 minutes due to the receptionist's lack of proficiency in English and overall inefficiency. This was a frustrating start to my stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

cheated and given room with uncomfortable stuff

after 1 and half hour they came to know that I booked the room and after that strange they given room with good furniture and stuff but suddenly call and said it’s not room with your price . I told that it’s shown on picture when I was booking . I stay 1 night and been charged for 2 night forcefully .
