Honestly, the hotel's level in general was much better a while ago when I stayed there. Now there is neglect. They must intensify their efforts in periodic maintenance to maintain a higher level. I stayed in room number 216. There was an electrical short circuit twice, and the electricity went out. The electrical plug in the wall is not fixed near the door. The sound of the bed is very annoying with any movement. The bathroom faucet near the shower falls without being touched. The suction fan almost does not work. The clothes hanger tilts when you put clothes in it. Cleanliness is not as before in all facilities. It makes me very sad. 

The hotel is located in the upscale area of ​​Masukiye. The area is located in a beautiful green area. The place is elegant, clean, and the landscape is stunning. The hotel is easy to reach. A good reception combined with the authentic Arabic way, where we were received with Arabic coffee, incense and dates. Rooms are elegant and adequate in size, and all services are available. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was varied. Not a buffet, probably because there weren't many guests. But it was varied and very delicious. They also asked me if I wanted anything else to provide. In short, the hotel is one of the best hotels in the region. I will return again if I have the opportunity to travel to the area

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The suite was spacious. The location is great. Roof restaurant has a variety of food and it was tasty. The hotel has many fun activities for kids. I liked it so much it really felt like home. I highly recommend it.

i loved everything but specially the staff of the hotel I stayed in 5 stars hotels around the world but i never met like Aileena hotel staff they are so helpful, respectful and smiling to everyone they made the stay even better, i would recommend it to couples and families and i will come again for sure they welcomed us with two Turkish coffee during checking in , and followed us with two refreshing drinks on our way out during checking out , they listen to my request and full filled it . thank you aileena staff

The best ever hotel in istanbul and sapanca.the view and nature were wonderful especially from the rooftop restaurant were we were having daily fresh breakfast. The staffs were making their best to make us happy and comfortable. The receptionist Uzra was very helpful.there are 2 big swimming pools with water slides. The game room for children was perfect for children under 7 years. The hotel was very clean and everywhere you can see somebody is cleaning. The toiletries were from expensive brand.I recommend strongly this hotel if you are visiting Sapanca

There were no resturant in walking distance so you have to have private care We faced a problem which was not the hotel problem but it made me very disappointed with booking. Com. I reserved 2 rooms each for 2 adults but when i arrived it was showing that each room is only for one adult. I actually had chosen 2 adults and then 2 rooms which by default will be each room for 2.. I had to pay more money for more 2 adults. I hope this problem be fixed with booking. Com. I had the same problem with the other hotel

The swimming pool facility is very nice for kids. Only they need to take care of the toilet facilities close swimming pool. Located one level below the pool level

Everything with the location and the restaurant are perfect with high quality food and customer service and I highly recommend this place. I would like to appreciate Mr. Mart how he was taking care of our family.
