This review is based on our first staying at the hotel The location of the hotel was beautiful in the mountain area. The nature of the place was very well. There was not enough snow at the time that we visited but still, it was ok for kids to play with the snow. The room was large and warm also there was a good view. The personnel was very helpful. Free car park. (At the area entrance you pay some money but you got back when you show you stayed at the hotel) Free internet: Wifi speed is enough at the hotel. except in the dinner restaurant. Special thanks to Serpil Hanım who contacted us before arrival, informed the snow level at the facility, and also carried out any needs during the stay in the facility. There are many ski facilities and activity exists.

For improvement, Better to share brochures or information about what kind of activity or facility belongs to the hotel or what can be done in that area. The hotel concept is half passion meal menu was not ready for lunc The hotel swimming pool and fitness facilities execute by another firm that you need to pay extra money. But it was not expensive around 6 dollars per person. The restaurant food quality should be increased. Tea services should be accessible during Dinner as this is usually standard in Turkiye. It serves as an extra fee. The music level some nights was high at the roof bar.

Everything was good, the staff so kind, the food is good, the room is clean and has nice scenery. Special thanks to Miss Serpil as she really takes care of us and meet all our desires even outside the hotel. We could not find a car to take us from the telefrek area to the hotel, and Miss Serpil harry to us and bring the car that take us to the hotel Also we meet the hotel owner; he is a respectful man and he shows us many things related to the hotel history.

nothing is bad, but we expect to make a snow skiing in that hotel as we arrive on 29th of December, however, there was not enough snow to make skiing and that make us disappointed. Next time, we will prepare our trip to be in February to guarantee there will be an enough snow inshalla🙏🏻

The breakfast food and dinner top ! The waitress Mustafa & Rosul very polite and friendly,both of them speak English very well ,they should promoted incharge at the recepetion area .since the 2 girls at front desk Dont know English 😂

It’s our second time in this hotel and they have renovated the rooms since last year. Everything is clean, new and neat. The stuff is very friendly. We were late for the ski season this year, but for those skiing it’s the only ski in/out hotel in Kartepe, the ski rental is just downstairs.

The sauna/steam room has additional charges, although it was included in the hotel price last year

The best thing about this vacation is to meet the person responsible for guests in hotel mrs serpil,, She is very friendly and helps a lot, It was an amazing vacation thanks to her, green park is our best hotel in Istanbul, we recommend any one want to have pleasure to come there.

location and customer service specially Mrs Serpil who helped us a lot to reach and check in and check out and amend our booking as we could not come in time due to weather condition. house keeping were very helpful every time we needed any thing.the hotel is very convenient in terms of location and variety of coffee shops and resturant are available.
