Wonderful family room! Very good breakfast! I would choose it again!

The two designated disabled parking spaces were illegally occupied by other guests, and despite our repeated requests from the start for the reception to notify those guests and have their vehicles removed, the reception completely ignored the issue. As a result, we had to wait 25 minutes in the evening for the sole receptionist to come upstairs, retrieve the Audi key, and move the car himself. The guest (sic) didn’t even bother to come down. This level of negligence is utterly unacceptable. The hotel’s policy and handling of accessibility for people with disabilities is disgraceful.

Convenient location next to a shopping centre with free parking and delicious breakfast

Since we didn’t get a parking lot outside the hotel we had to park at the shopping centre. Staff at reception not so friendly or helpful

The location is in a quiet area adjacent to symbol mall. All staff are very helpful and cooperative, and the breakfast is very good. No body disturb you while staying at the hotel. If you want to have the room cleaned they will and if you keep it yourself tidy and clean they will not hassle you. Beautiful hotel and the price is fairly outstanding.

The location is excellent especially it's close to Symbol mall. The breakfast is good and needs little bit more variations. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very little amount of tea and coffee sachets. No herbal or green tea available.

- Location is attached to the mall - Parking area is good - Room size was really good, It can accommodate all the bags and has a sofa bed - Furniture and finishes feels still new. - Breakfast was good for a 3 stars hotel, I feels like 4 stars

- No much attraction nearby - Elevators are taking long time

clean and has a great locations.. it connect with the Mall from the back..

no one help you with you're luggage.. you have to do it yourself.. they won't answer at all.. you call the reception many times but no answer..

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Traveling on motorbikes we were able to park them safely in front of the entrance.

The surrounding area is not very nice, the hotel is adjacent to a mall , and far from the center.

Location

No ine to help in offload and load baggage from car or take it to/from rooms which is a problem for families with alot of bags. Parking problems.. as its very difficult to find one at street next to hotel or you are forced to search at the parking of the mall.

The location and room were decent.

I liked most, but I requested to clean the bathroom, but they did not respond. Rest was perfect. Staff was cooperative,

Value is good, clean, helpful staff especially with the issue of car parking at night
