Its has one of the best location, trams and busses are minutes by walk, Otogar (Central Bus Station) is beside the Hotel. You can reach Sabiha Gökcen Airport in 70 80 minutes via bus from the Hotel. Staff was helpful, specially Mehtan Abi! Since I wanted to change the room, it was easy to do so, fast Wifi was provided, the breakfast included was good as well! Room was comfy and cozy, just while booking make sure to let them know to get a smoking free room, if u dont smoke.

It had a bit of smoke smell in some rooms, coz which I had to change room. None the less, it was assisted and staff was helpful!

I highly recommend New Balturk Hotel in Izmit! The localisation is amazing - just few minutes by walk from bus station, many many restaurants around, the place is pretty quiet, and taxis are available. The hotel staff is very nice, always helpful, and available on WhatsApp, so in case of any trouble you can get a help from them. Place is very clean, rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is nutritious and very varied. The perfect place to stay for a business trip or city tour.

I reserved a room for my family, including an additional bed. The room was comfortable, cozy, clean, and tidy. Unlike other hotels, the air conditioner worked well, and the WIFI was fast. My family had a great time during our stay. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They spoke English fluently, and while only a few of them could speak Arabic, they went the extra mile by contacting me via WhatsApp in Arabic, which is my first language. I truly appreciated their gesture.

The breakfast is very good, there are simple but very good quality such as the freshness of fruits and salad.

The bathroom is needed to be upgraded, small, looked old and it doesn't have space to put personal hygiene on the countertop.

We had a great stay here! The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast buffet was rich and varied - plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the secure parking. Highly recommended!

The two connecting rooms were very convenient for a family of five members given the very reasonable room charge. Close within walking distance to many restaurants especially burgers and piazza restaurants. Very close by taxi to Symbol Kocaeli Mall. The gym room was very convenient and had all machines you need to keep your workouts.

I like everything, the only thing i recommend is they add some other options on the breakfast.

The hotel overall is very beautiful - the entrance and the lobby area are having a beautiful architecture. Breakfast - fresh with a good variety. We had a double room at the mansard - with a very big (and good too) king size bad - spacious enough for the entire family (2 adults + 2 small kids).

We had added to our room a single bad - it was awful and couldn't be used. Luckily the king size bad was more than enough for us and also for our 1 night stay.
