Excellent location in the city centre, close to the motorway and 30 minutes walk from the sea. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable with parking. Great staff, very helpful. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was great. The restaurant staff were amazing. Excellent food for the price.

Don't hesitate to ask for an extra towel or blanket. The car park is small and it is difficult to get out in the morning. Pay attention to the signs on the wall. There was a slight smell of cigarettes in the rooms.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, communication was a bit challenging as the staff spoke very limited English—fortunately, I had a Turkish companion with me to help.

I had booked a full board stay, but upon arrival, I was informed that the restaurant was closed for dinner. I’m currently still waiting for a refund from Booking or the hotel regarding this issue, which was disappointing.

Very clean . Best air condition system i have ever had. Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and lovely modern rooms. Fantastic location . Amazing blackout curtains so if you need to wake early leave a little corner open or you will think it is middle of night . Plenty fresh clean towels and toiletries .

The breakfast was good but the only problem was the things that were supposed to be hot like the menemem and omlette and chips were cold even when we went for breakfast early and if you went late there was hardly any omlette left and still cold

Everything was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had good facilities. Breakfast was tasty with cold and hot options. Great hotel, would stay again in the future.

Nothing - liked it all

-nice, modern, clean room -central location -garage under the hotel -nice breakfast

-staff is a little neutral -asked for an extra towel, but did not get it -early morning wake-up call due to smoke alarm (I think someone was smoking in the room)

Staff were extra friendly and welcoming and spoke fairly good English, breakfast was decent, I had the suit which was very spacious and spotless clean. The location of the hotel was in the center of the town which gives easy access to shops and restaurants also the beach was a walking distance from the hotel.

My room being main street view, the noise coming from the street was very loud both At night and the early morning, so for those who can not sleep with such a noise they should take this into account.

Generally it was nice. Night time was loud because of dog barking. Breakfast was okay. No proper coffee! Wifi connection is very Slow. It was very clean.

No decent coffee. Walls are not strong so you may hear other people from their room. Staff was friendly. Night time dogs next building barking a lot.

The restaurant management is amazing. The reception people were trained and polite, the good news is that people in this hotel can Speak English better than the majority of hotels in Istanbul. Comfortable beds. Supermarket is a walking distance away from the hotel.

Room size was very small.

Great location and very clean. Staff were professional and spoke English (which helped me). Cafe attached is great. Studio rooms are large and very tidy.
