The location of the property was very important to me also the stuff very friendly and helpful specific Yasmine the international guest relations officer in the lobby and Abdullah at the gate. If there is another words beside thanks is not enogh for their efforts

The room service specific the restaurant. I’m not talking about the food quality or their chef menu just the timing of serving it maybe because the hotel was “full” i mean TRYP by Wyndham they can work harder to fix their timing but Right word to be said big thanks to the manger or whom responsible about the room services for his understanding mind set and how he is capable of handling the situations

Across the road from the sea, close to many lovely restaurants and cafés felt like a very safe area and perfect to walk along the sea front at night. Exceptionally clean hotel, lovely outdoor pool area with loungers.

Nothing it was an excellent hotel.

There is so many things I loved in this hotel..first the location was awesome..second the staff was friendly..the cleaning service was very good and the size of the room …everything made my stay wonderful

good location, friendly English speaking staff. the bell boy Ahmed was very kind and helpful always. the roof top restaurant was very nice.

there was a bad sewer smell around the hotel sometimes.. our bed was a queen size, and too soft. pillows not comfortable. although we had lake view, we could hear the noises from outside and the music from the restaurant opposite the hotel that went on late at night.. the A/c didn’t work as it was considered winter season so we had to keep the window open for fresh air.

The place is lovely and the location is great… the beach is very close and restaurants are walking distance.. breakfast is excellent I think it is the best hotel in izmit

Despite the fact that all employees are polite and cooperative but one single employee was rude when he claimed that the cake he provided was strawberry but it was berries l😂it was awkward though I still enjoyed the place knowing that it is an individual behavior

This is my second time since 4 years back and the hotel remain on its 5 stars loyalty... I like this hotel too much for the valued location front the sea and the multi and variety coffee shops just front the hotel directly. Clean, very beautiful swimming pool and quality of food at the hotel

If you lost the room access card the hotel must charge you 5 Euro

the bathroom sink too high for kids thay need to put stairs or mini steps for kids the shampoo and soaps are fixed and high for kids to reach the room service is bad ( how come thy don’t have pizza or club sandwich )

Location,staff,breakfast. We arrived at 10 a.m and they gave us the room.Also breakfast was allowed for us. We thank the receptionists for that.

The location is great. Just opposite to lake. Room is clean an reasonable size. Breakfast is OK. Staff are happy to offer help.

Price is a little bit higher than others and this is the only hotel which breakfast is not included in hotel price by default in Turkey I stayed for 10 days.
